My life is really boring nowadays. It's like I am spending my days in a loop - studying at weekdays and attending my coaching classes at weekend days.
But yesterday my friends asked and literally captured me to join with the gang and to go for a hangout with them.
We went to enjoy a beautiful dinner at SHERE PUNJAB HOTEL. It was a 40 km distance from our town, a very nice Punjabi Restaurant by the highway.
Punjabi food is a bit different than our Bengali food, no doubt. They normally prefer hand made chapati and roti than our traditional rice. And if you love to eat kebabs, well... A punjabi guy can be your best friend!
No doubt, We started our dashing dinner with kebabs.. And a lot of them. I ate 4 chicken leg kebabs dipped in their own made Pudina Sauce.
Do you know how can you enjoy your kebabs even more? Just squeeze a Lemon a little over it and add some sprinkle Himalayan Salt, then dip it into the Pudina Sauce and have a big bite... Yumm 😋😋 you will definitely feel like you are in heavon! 😍
After having those hot and sizling kebabs, we decided to taste Tandoori roti with their special Pujabi Mutton Kassa dish and believe me, they were just awesome to eat as you can see.
Everybody knows that We Indians love spicy food and this Mutton Kassa was full of spices, hot and really tasteful.
We really enjoyed the night yesterday over there. After having that amazing dinner we headed back to our home. We went there by one of my friend's car, so a special thanks to him for making our journey even more beautiful and pleasant.
