The series where I try to figure out what to wear while discovering new favorites and revisiting my signature looks.
Spring is officially here in Minneapolis and I’ve been on a mission to find new fun flirty pant styles. I typically wear dresses and skirts but I’d like to switch it up this season.
@kommienezuspadt will finally be home this evening. Later this week I’m going to force him to join me on my shopping ventures. If you’ve ever wondered, he’s got excellent taste in women’s fashion. 😉
My lovely friend Berrit also has great taste. When I was in Palm Springs she insisted that I take home some clothes from her closet. Which reminds me, I’ll have to share more images from that trip. I miss her and her husband @danielkeissler very much.
The first thing that caught my eye were these high waisted, wide legged green velour pants. Velvet isn’t my favorite texture but the pants were so gorgeous that it was hard to pass up.
I’ll have to snap brighter images of this outfit when I’m out but until then, you can check out some close up shots. Two images from this set were featured ahead of time on my musings XXV post.
I also snatched a sheer fitted v-neck sweater. It’s been getting pretty warm out so I might have to switch it out for a lighter style.
It’s tricky for me to photograph this series when I typically run out the door in a dress but I’m going to get better at making updates. I hope everyone enjoyed the third installation to this series. 🦊
