In #PizzaGate Part 31 I present what many of the victims of Hollywood’s open secret have to say about the industry as well as their personal cases of being abused, many as children. In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein saga that has exposed arguably the most powerful man in Hollywood as being a sexual pervert and alleged rapist spanning nearly 3 decades, which for the most part was known by many in the entertainment industry. In fact a former New York Times writer Sharon Waxman claims that Weinstein pressured the NY Times to shelf her expose of Weinstein way back in 2004! Waxman’s story also includes how Russell Crowe and Matt Damon called her on Weinstein’s behalf during the time before the story was gutted… raising even more questions about how powerful Weinstein was and how much people knew about his alleged behavior. In fact, Weinstein was good friends with Bill and Hillary Clinton, and even had Barack Obama’s daughter work as an intern for his company. With the CIA/NSA/FBI et al at the Clintons and Obama’s fingertips, how could they NOT KNOW about Weinstein alleged criminal behavior?? And if they did know then they too were part of the coverup…
But what is sometimes overlooked during this Weinstein saga is the MANY victims that have spoken out long before Weinstein’s alleged behavior was outed in the public spotlight. Many of these victims have not only spoken out about cases of abuse towards them, but the overall culture of Hollywood as infested “vultures” and “vipers” that run organized pedophilia rings. These claims come from many actors and actresses, from child stars such as Corey Feldman to really high profile actors such as Lord of the Rings’ Elijah Wood. While Harvey Weinstein gets exposed throughout the media, and his name removed from his previous works, others whom arguably committed much more serious crimes get far less severe media treatment, such Roman Polanski receive standing ovations from his out-of-touch Hollywood peers.
Many actresses and musicians, such as Pussycat Dolls Kaya Jones, Reese Witherspoon, and Rose McGowan, have spoken out about how Producers, Agents, and Managers run the business almost as prostitution rings. The common theme behind nearly all of the victims’ testimony is that nearly every other producer knew about what was going on yet turned a blind eye, or were involved themselves. But it’s not just child stars or actresses that get sexually assaulted. In fact cases such as former NFL player Terry Crews, and famous stars Rob Schneider and James Van Der Beek have exposed how even they have been sexually abused or harassed by disgusting producers that wield significant power over their careers.
While Hollywood may in fact be a disgusting place, there might be even something more sinister lurking in the background… I briefly illustrate what might be at play by presenting a bit of the SIDEQUEST that I am currently collecting information on, which is the possible use of Mind Control towards people in the public spotlight. This might have something to do with the lazy or droopy “eye” that many in the public eye have…. This is a bit of a deep dive in the rabbit hole so don’t say I didn’t warn you ;)

Harvey Weinstein, CBE (born March 19, 1952) is an American film producer and former film studio executive. He and his brother Bob Weinstein co-founded Miramax, which produced several popular independent films including Pulp Fiction, Clerks, The Crying Game, and Sex, Lies, and Videotape.[1] Harvey won an Academy Award for producing Shakespeare in Love, and garnered seven Tony Awards for producing a variety of winning plays and musicals, including The Producers, Billy Elliot the Musical, and August: Osage County.[2]
Weinstein and his brother Bob were co-chairmen of The Weinstein Company from 2005 to 2017. In October 2017, following numerous allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape against him, Harvey Weinstein was fired by his company's board of directors,[3] and expelled from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.[4]

Since the establishment of the first studios, a century ago, there have been few movie executives as dominant, or as domineering, as Harvey Weinstein. He co-founded the production-and-distribution companies Miramax and the Weinstein Company, helping to reinvent the model for independent films with movies including “Sex, Lies, and Videotape,” “The Crying Game,” “Pulp Fiction,” “The English Patient,” “Shakespeare in Love,” and “The King’s Speech.” Beyond Hollywood, he has exercised his influence as a prolific fund-raiser for Democratic Party candidates, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Weinstein combined a keen eye for promising scripts, directors, and actors with a bullying, even threatening, style of doing business, inspiring both fear and gratitude. His movies have earned more than three hundred Oscar nominations, and, at the annual awards ceremonies, he has been thanked more than almost anyone else in movie history, ranking just after Steven Spielberg and right before God.
For more than twenty years, Weinstein, who is now sixty-five, has also been trailed by rumors of sexual harassment and assault. His behavior has been an open secret to many in Hollywood and beyond, but previous attempts by many publications, including The New Yorker, to investigate and publish the story over the years fell short of the demands of journalistic evidence. Too few people were willing to speak, much less allow a reporter to use their names, and Weinstein and his associates used nondisclosure agreements, payoffs, and legal threats to suppress their accounts. Asia Argento, an Italian film actress and director, said that she did not speak out until now—Weinstein, she told me, forcibly performed oral sex on her—because she feared that Weinstein would “crush” her. “I know he has crushed a lot of people before,” Argento said. “That’s why this story—in my case, it’s twenty years old, some of them are older—has never come out.”

Three of the women—among them Argento and a former aspiring actress named Lucia Evans—told me that Weinstein had raped them, forcibly performing or receiving oral sex or forcing vaginal sex. Four women said that they had experienced unwanted touching that could be classified as an assault. In an audio recording captured during a New York Police Department sting operation in 2015, Weinstein admits to groping a Filipina-Italian model named Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, describing it as behavior he is “used to.” Four of the women I interviewed cited encounters in which Weinstein exposed himself or masturbated in front of them.

Virtually all of the people I spoke with told me that they were frightened of retaliation. “If Harvey were to discover my identity, I’m worried that he could ruin my life,” one former employee told me. Many said that they had seen Weinstein’s associates confront and intimidate those who crossed him, and feared that they would be similarly targeted. Four actresses, including Mira Sorvino and Rosanna Arquette, told me they suspected that, after they rejected Weinstein’s advances or complained about them to company representatives, Weinstein had them removed from projects or dissuaded people from hiring them. Multiple sources said that Weinstein frequently bragged about planting items in media outlets about those who spoke against him; these sources feared similar retribution. Several pointed to Gutierrez’s case: after she went to the police, negative items discussing her sexual history and impugning her credibility began rapidly appearing in New York gossip pages. (In the taped conversation, part of which The New Yorker posted online, Weinstein asks Gutierrez to join him for “five minutes,” and warns, “Don’t ruin your friendship with me for five minutes.”)
The further you look at this disgusting and deeply trouble man, the more you learn about how the media and entertainment industries work, and why victims shy from speaking out…

Actress Asia Argento, long rumored to have been assaulted by Harvey Weinstein, finally told her story to The New Yorker on Tuesday, saying that she was orally raped by him.
Weinstein denies any instance of coerced sexual activity.But she tweeted on Tuesday evening that Fabrizio Lombardo, the procurer of women I referenced in the story below, brought her to Weinstein’s room in 1997:
In addition, a model who asked to remain anonymous wrote me this morning about Lombardo.
“I confirm his role in Weinstein’s life as a “procurer of women”……I believe that completely, just from my own experience of him,” she wrote. As a young model in Milan, she wrote, “He just kept coming after me…..calling me 12 times a day…..convincing convincing convincing me….offering me one of his many empty apts he just happens to have laying around Milano…..and the “good life” to go along with it…considering I had no aquaintence (sic) with him, this all was quite psycho in my eyes. I was definitive with my no’s….it just didn’t matter….he just kept coming…”

In 2004, I was still a fairly new reporter at The New York Times when I got the green light to look into oft-repeated allegations of sexual misconduct by Weinstein. It was believed that many occurred in Europe during festivals and other business trips there.

I traveled to Rome and tracked down the man who held the plum position of running Miramax Italy. According to multiple accounts, he had no film experience and his real job was to take care of Weinstein’s women needs, among other things.
As head of Miramax Italy in 2003 and 2004, Fabrizio Lombardo was paid $400,000 for less than a year of employment. He was on the payroll of Miramax and thus the Walt Disney Company, which had bought the indie studio in 1993.
I had people on the record telling me Lombardo knew nothing about film, and others citing evenings he organized with Russian escorts.

I also tracked down a woman in London who had been paid off after an unwanted sexual encounter with Weinstein. She was terrified to speak because of her non-disclosure agreement, but at least we had evidence of a pay-off.
The story I reported never ran.
After intense pressure from Weinstein, which included having Matt Damon and Russell Crowe call me directly to vouch for Lombardo and unknown discussions well above my head at the Times, the story was gutted.
I was told at the time that Weinstein had visited the newsroom in person to make his displeasure known. I knew he was a major advertiser in the Times, and that he was a powerful person overall.
But I had the facts, and this was the Times. Right?
Wrong. The story was stripped of any reference to sexual favors or coercion and buried on the inside of the Culture section, an obscure story about Miramax firing an Italian executive. Who cared?
The Times’ then-culture editor Jon Landman, now an editor-at-large for Bloomberg, thought the story was unimportant, asking me why it mattered.
“He’s not a publicly elected official,” he told me. I explained, to no avail, that a public company would certainly have a problem with a procurer on the payroll for hundreds of thousands of dollars. At the time, Disney told me they had no idea Lombardo existed.

Writes Rutenberg: “Mr. Weinstein had his own enablers. He built his empire on a pile of positive press clippings that, before the internet era, could have reached the moon.”
The New York Times was one of those enablers. So pardon me for having a deeply ambivalent response about the current heroism of the Times.
WOW! This is a bombshell accusation by Sharon Waxman claiming that Weinstein forced the NY Times to bury her story about Weinstein's alleged procurator of women Fabrizio Lombardo!

Some readers have asked us about a piece by Sharon Waxman, a former reporter for The New York Times who went on to found the entertainment news website The Wrap. Ms. Waxman writes that Times editors “gutted” a story she reported in 2004 on sexual harassment allegations against Harvey Weinstein.
Ms. Waxman’s piece was prompted by a Times investigation published last week that found that Mr. Weinstein had sexually harassed numerous women over nearly three decades, and that he had paid at least eight settlements to these women. As a result of the article, Mr. Weinstein was fired from his company on Sunday.
We asked The Times’s executive editor, Dean Baquet, to respond to Ms. Waxman’s allegations. Here is what he said:
I wasn’t here in 2004. But it is unimaginable to me that The Times killed a story because of pressure from Harvey Weinstein, who was and is an advertiser. After all, The Times is an institution that has published investigative reporting that caused our Chinese-language website to be blocked in China.
The top two editors at the time, Bill Keller and Jill Abramson, say they have no recollection of being pressured over Ms. Waxman’s story. And her direct editor, Jonathan Landman, suggested she didn’t have it nailed. The story we published last week took months of work by two experienced investigative reporters. It included the on-the-record accounts of numerous women who were harassed by Mr. Weinstein. It also included the fact that Mr. Weinstein paid settlements to keep women from talking. I’m sure Ms. Waxman believes she had a story. But if you read her own description, she did not have anything near what was revealed in our story. Mainly, she had an off-the-record account from one woman.
And not to anyone's surprise, Fake News NY Times downplays Sharon Waxman's reporting, ignore many claims she made about Weinstein's alleged "procurer of women" Fabrizio Lombardo, and simply go with the word of their editors instead of actually looking into the matter, or instead of even giving the allusion of looking into it…
And Fake News NY Times pretending they have unbiased reporting…

Zoe Brock, a former model, wrote a vivid post on Medium about her encounter with Weinstein and Lombardo, describing a terrifying encounter with Weinstein at the Hotel du Cap in Monaco in 1997. She describes how Weinstein cornered her in his suite, she locked herself in the bathroom and told him to be ashamed of himself. When she came out she found Weinstein sitting on the bed, crying. Lombardo was there earlier that evening.
Writes Brock: ” I saw him again later that week and he claimed to have no idea and was so apologetic about what happened. He had a really lovely girlfriend and they both invited me to visit them in Rome a couple of weeks later. I arrived late in the day and discovered they had only had one bed. When i made it clear I was not going to be their third wheel I slept on a sofa and had to endure the sounds of them having really loud sex. It was too late to train back out and I was too broke to get a hotel and too scared to sleep on the streets.”
The New York Times and I have been on a tear in the past few days as people debate why the paper stripped out any reference to Lombardo procuring women in my 2004 story, and then buried it on an inside page. I stand by my position, and I am glad to see these women step forward to help bring clarity.

The bottom line is that 13 years later we know: We should have printed what we had. How many women might it have prevented from abuse?
One other thing: Matt Damon gave an interview on Tuesday in which he explained the call he made to me at Weinstein’s behest about Lombardo.
The actor and I do not disagree on this. It was a brief call and I did not tell him what my story was about, since it did not concern him. My point was that Harvey Weinstein was using any tool he could — including getting his celebrity friends to vouch for Lombardo — to get me to back off the story.
It did not work and Matt Damon is not responsible in any way for how the story turned out. So let’s just leave him alone, please.

From Weinstein allegedly crying, then claiming to have no idea of his alleged attempted sexual assault and soon after apologetic behavior, his girlfriend allegedly going along with Weinstein's sexual coercion, to Matt Damon confirming he did call Sharon Waxman on behest of Weinstein yet Sharon telling people to leave Damon alone, this story gets more and more bizarre!

Malia Obama, Barack and Michelle's eldest daughter, has secured an internship with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.A source tells THR that Malia, 18, is expected to begin work in the New York office of The Weinstein Co. in February, after the now-former first family finishes a vacation in Palm Springs. Malia is set to attend Harvard University in the fall, after taking a year off following her graduation from high school last June.
This isn't Malia's first foray into Hollywood. In 2015, the Obamas' daughter worked as an intern in New York on Lena Dunham's HBO series Girls. She also spent time on the Los Angeles set of Halle Berry's CBS drama series Extant.

Summary and Conclusions
The Harvey Weinstein saga exposes not just the political, media, and law enforcement coverup of this multiple decade law allegations of sexual assault, but also the overall culture running rampant in Hollywood.
Weinstein admits to sexual harassment in an audio recording, and has many alleged victims speaking out against him for allegedly sexually assaulting and/or raping them.
The many celebrities that were in a position to know about Weinstein's allegations, such as Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Russell Crowe, AND THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES Barack Obama, did little to expose Weinstein, and some allegedly helped intervene for him.
The exposure of Weinstein led to many celebrities finally coming out and either further accusing Weinstein of sexual assault and/or speaking out against other powerful people in Hollywood.
All of this is not new though. Not at all. And often times, it involves the very young actors that get abused.
The documentary An Open Secret has long since exposed Hollywood and many of those that hold powerful positions in it as being an avenue for organized pedophilia and sexual assault.
Actors such as Corey Feldman and Elijah Wood have repeatedly tried to expose Hollywood as being infested with an organized culture of pedophile "vultures" and "vipers".
While the Weinstein saga illustrates the uncontrolled sexual defiance and criminality of those who hold significant power to help make or crush a young actor's career, while being seemingly above the law or media exposure, it is important to always keep in mind that many victims have been speaking out against Hollywood for many years!
Not only that but many Hollywood elite (publicly) have committed more heinous crimes and to underage children, than the alleged crimes by Harvey Weinstein yet have not suffered such media scrutiny, such as the child rapist Roman Polanski receiving a standing ovation by the out-of-touch Hollywood elite.
With each new actor coming forward, it is important to realize that many are still in the shadows because many are just kids that fear for their very life, let alone career.
And as former child abuse victim Corey Feldman states "the number 1 problem in Hollywood was and is and always will be pedophilia".
