In #PizzaGate Part 25 I revisit the widely publicized Madeleine McCann ā€œmissingā€ child case after learning of the peculiar case of Brenda Leyland and her alleged suicide. I was shocked at first to realize that I never heard about Brenda but then realized that the information that the ruling elites and fakestream mainstream media donā€™t want you to here usually arenā€™t covered much if at all. I started researching into Brenda Leyland by reading the mainstream version of events, i.e. Wikipedia, and the only mention of Brenda was in a disgusting paragraph demonizing people on social media as committing ā€œtrial by mediaā€, when as I later uncovered it was actually the evil mainstream media whom is the judge and likely executionerā€¦ Brenda was mentioned in only half a sentence, and without even mentioning her name!! This is more than just under-reporting, this is demonizing a person so that people think less about their strange deathā€¦

Brenda Leyland is alleged to have tweeted critically about the McCann case, and in October 1, 2014, the pathetic reporter Martin Brunt at Sky News ā€˜doorsteppedā€™ to demand questions to very vague questions about ā€œattackingā€ the McCanns. He also warned her that she maybe part of a police investigation on ā€œhatefulā€ trolls. Brenda was clearly distraught and drove away. Initially only her Twitter username was known, ā€œsweepyfaceā€, but soon after her name, video, and image was plastered all over the media as an evil ā€œtrollā€ attacking the parents of Madeleine, Gerry and Kate McCann. This led to Gerry calling for an ā€œexampleā€ to be made of ā€œtrollsā€, much like John ā€˜Skippyā€™ Podesta had said in his email regarding whistle-blowers. Days later Brenda is found dead in a hotel with the cause of death initially unknown, ruled ā€œunsuspiciousā€, and an inquest months later ā€œrevealedā€ she died by suicide through ā€œhelium overdoseā€ā€¦. #YouCantMakeThisStuff

What prompted this doorstepping was a mysterious ā€œdossierā€ obtained by Martin and the UK Police from an anonymous source that allegedly compiled 80 or so pages ā€œevilā€ tweets. But what the media doesnā€™t want you to know is that there is no evidence that Brenda was named in the dossier, in fact witnesses to the inquest trial state she was not, and Buzzfeed reported that Brenda had tweeted a year earlier that if she were die of ā€œodd circumstancesā€ for people to not believe the initial reportā€¦ #WOW

Also the calls by the McCanns for online censorship, combined with the horrible reporting by Sky News, and extremely bizarre circumstances, raises concerns that this is in fact a Psychological Operation (PsyOp). And to top this off, I show a bizarre twist at the end of the video and reveal that the anonymous source is ALMOST CERTAINLY Gerry McCannā€™s older sister Philomena McCannā€¦. #HAHAHAHAHA #YOUCANTMAKETHISSTUFFUP #IMDONE #IAMVERYIMPRESSED

This begs the question, did we just stumble upon an absolute clear-cut undisputable PsyOp??!! #IThinkSo

I recently learned about the case of Brenda Leyland, whom had made tweets critical of Kate and Gerry McCann over the Madeleine McCann "missing" child investigation, and was then confronted by Sky News and then found dead a few days afterā€¦. # YouCantMakeThisStuff

I was surprised that I did not learn of this before, but then I realized that information the fakestream media does not want you to know gets little to no air-time or coverage.

So like always with issues that raise doubt of the "official" narrative (# Officialdom), regardless of topic, to get to the truth we have to do the digging ourselves.

Wow! Madeleine McCann contempt case: Tony Bennett guilty


Tony Bennett has pledged never to speak about the McCanns in public again

A man who claims he is campaigning to find out what happened to Madeleine McCann has been convicted of contempt of court at the High Court in London.

Tony Bennett was found to have breached an earlier court undertaking not to publish allegations linking Madeleine's parents with her disappearance.

Bennett, who is behind the Madeleine Foundation, was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for a year.

He was also ordered to pay Kate and Gerry McCann's court costs.

Bennett, 65, of Harlow in Essex, was found to have breached on at least 13 occasions the undertaking not to publish allegations linking the couple, from Rothley in Leicestershire, with their daughter's disappearance.

Wowā€¦ the Maddie case is one of the most widely publicized "missing" children cases so I don't see how anyone should be forced to not publish their research into the case! # PoliceState

McCann 'Twitter troll' Brenda Leyland 'killed herself'


Brenda Leyland was said to use the handle @sweepyface on Twitter

A woman who "trolled" Madeleine McCann's family on Twitter killed herself days after she was challenged by reporters, an inquest concluded.

Brenda Leyland, 63, from Leicestershire, was found dead after she was confronted by Martin Brunt from Sky News over the abuse.

Mr Brunt told the inquest in Leicester he had been "devastated" by her death.

Coroner Catherine Mason concluded she had killed herself and called for sales of helium to be regulated.

Confronted at home

The inquest heard that divorcee Mrs Leyland, of Burton Overy, posted 400 tweets about the McCann family between November 2013 and September 2014.

Mr Brunt told the inquest he and a cameraman confronted Mrs Leyland after Sky News obtained a dossier of alleged Twitter "trolls" handed to police.

MES Note: I could not find this mysterious "dossier" anywhere onlineā€¦

She initially told him she was "entitled" to send the messages, later inviting him into her home for an interview.


Gerry McCann, with his wife Kate, previously told the BBC more needed to be done about online abuse

He told the hearing he kept her informed of his plans - which included picturing but not naming her - because he was aware it could have an impact.

Asked by the coroner if there was anything which indicated a concern for her life, Mr Brunt said: "No, but when I asked her how she was, she said 'oh I have thought about ending it all but I am feeling better - I have had a drink and spoken to my son'".

MES Note: Where is the proof for this quote by Martin Brunt, the person who had, in my opinion, no credible reason to confront Brenda??!! # ProsecuteSkyNews

He said he thought her comments were a throwaway remark and had no idea about her history of depression or a previous attempt at suicide.

She was found dead in a Leicester hotel after an overdose on 4 October.

"I was devastated, I still am and the enormity of what's happened will always be with me," Mr Brunt added.

'Panic and fear'

The court also heard evidence from her son Ben, who said he believed the confrontation had been the final straw.

In a statement, he said he believed she was "completely destroyed" by what had occurred.

He said he heard "panic and fear" in her voice when he spoke to her after the Sky interview.

A Sky News spokesman said the news team had followed its editorial guidelines "in a responsible manner", adding the story was "firmly in the public interest".

MES Note: It is not in the public's interest to confront random Twitter users over random tweets, while IGNORING the damning testimony from people like the Gaspars, and Yvonne Martin, which suggest some pedophilia involvement by the McCanns and their friends (See #PizzaGate Part 5 and 6).

Why doesn't the pathetic Sky News (and the pathetic BBC) confront the Gaspars and Yvonne about their testimony?? # DefundBBC # DefundSkyNews # ProsecuteBoth

"Brenda Leyland's tragic death highlights the unforeseeable human impact that the stories we pursue can have, and Sky News would like to extend its sincere condolences to her family," the Sky statement said.

None of the messages sent by Mrs Leyland were directed personally at the McCanns, who have "no significant presence" on social media.

MES Note: WTF??!! No evidence is provided of any "trolling", and the very last sentence completely flips the entire narrative of "online abuse".

This is a very bizarre case:

  • Random twitter user, Brenda Leyland, gets called a "troll" without any evidence or explanation
  • Brenda writes "400 tweets" about the McCanns, in which the McCanns don't even have Twitter, and posted these tweets 7 to 8 years AFTER Madeleine was reported "missing"ā€¦ # Wow # WhoBelievesThisBS
  • Sky News confronts her.
  • Brenda then found dead a few days laterā€¦
  • "Overdoses" on Heliumā€¦??
  • Ruled a suicideā€¦. # surrreee

You can see how worried Brenda looked, especially as Martin mentioned that she has been reported to the pathetic Scotland Yard (UK Police)ā€¦

Also note that Martin NEVER mentions that the mysterious dossier that was handed to the police by an anonymous source includes @SweepyFace (i.e. allegedly Brenda).

It appears that Martin is DELIBERTLY trying to demonize Brenda by showing her image and then showing random tweets from other users that include threats to the McCanns.

In fact, this is exactly what he does in his article that he writes which I will explain further below.

The evidence of Martin Edward Brunt. Journalist.

He states that the dossier came into his possession by a third party.
Asked to name the person HE REFUSES.

Brenda was not named in the dossier. But the source knew where Brenda lived and her name.

He got the information from a TWEETER.

Brunt had trawled Facebook and found Brenda because of the photos of her Boxer dog.

Between November 2013 and September 2014 Ms.Leyland tweeted 2210 times. 19% of them were # mccann related.

The dossier was handed to the Met by a third party. It was deemed NOT RELEVANT.
Brenda's tweets re;McCann were not illegal and did not cause offence.

If a crime has NOt been committed then the journalist does not have to reveal his source.
There was no offence by journalist.
Ms Leyland did not tweet again after 29th September.
She did not see postings by others after 29th September.(on Twitter)

Martin Brunt does not name the person behind the "dossier" but says the source knew where Brenda lived, even though she wasn't included in the dossierā€¦. # Unbelievable!!

This is probably because Brenda's tweets were tame compared to the threats some other users were making.

Note that these "users" could be just paid trolls, even possibly by the McCann's PR team: i.e. pay a company to send threats on Twitter, and then cry about online abuse to gain sympathy from the public, as well as demand tighter internet censorship.

In other words, this could be Psychological Operation (PsyOp) to push for more legislation and infringement on the rights of the people, as well as to create an overall environment of fear so that people are always thinking twice when sharing opposing views online, especially those that run in opposition to the official government narrativeā€¦

This is in my opinion the most likely scenario.

Officers are in talks with the Crown Prosecution Service after being handed a dossier of more than 80 pages of Tweets, Facebook posts and messages on online forums aimed at Kate and Gerry McCann.

Over the past few years hundreds of shocking messages have been posted by 'trolls' who believe - despite no evidence - that the McCanns had some involvement in the disappearance of their daughter in Portugal in 2007.

MES Note: HAHAHAHAHA Sky News is trash!

These include suggestions that the McCanns should be tortured and killed and calls for them to "burn in hell".

Some messages are even directed at Madeleine's younger siblings, now aged nine.

Manipulated images involving the McCanns - many of them graphic - are also in wide circulation online.

One troll - who uses the Twitter identity "Sweepyface" and has posted dozens of anti-McCann messages using the # mccann hashtag - was confronted by Sky News.

When asked about her use of social media to attack the couple, she replied: "I'm entitled to."

MES Note: This is DISGUSTING framing of Brenda by Martin.

Brenda was clearly frightened by Martin's pathetic ambush and her tweets were not the alleged threats sprinkled throughout this pathetic Public Relations (PR) article.

The dossier - compiled by members of the public alarmed at the online treatment of the McCanns and shown to Sky News - calls on police and MPs to act to crack down on such abuse.

MES Note: Where is the proof of this?? Are these real people?? Who are these people?? Why don't you go after these people instead of Brenda?? Why are you misleading the public by making it seem that Brenda was tweeting these?? How do we know this is not just a # PsychologicalOperation??

Among the messages identified in the dossier is an exchange on a message board which reads: "These 2 should burn in hell"; "I will supply the petrol"; "I'll supply the lighter - happily".

Other posts include: "We need some numbers for some assassins on taps", "I hope that the McCanns are living in total misery" and "I want to see them smashed up the back of a bus or trampled by horses".

In one of her tweets "Sweepyface" called for the McCanns to suffer "for the rest of their miserable lives".

MES Note: This is the "worst" tweet from "Sweepyface", i.e. allegedly Brenda, yet again notice the framing around the threats above.

The campaigner spearheading the appeal - who has asked to remain anonymous - told Sky News: "We're very worried that it's only going to take somebody to act out of some of these discussions, some of the threats that have been made, and we couldn't live with ourselves if that happened and we had done nothing."

Notice how Martin doesn't actually state "Sweepyface" was mentioned in the Dossier, and makes it seem like she was a vile "evil" personā€¦ # ProsecuteMartinBrunt

The lack of any real evidence shown by Sky News, the framing of a McCann online critic as an "evil troll", and the use of anonymous sources (and documents) strongly suggest that this is a Psychological Operation (PsyOp).

Gerry McCann said online abuse had caused "severe distress" to him and his wife Kate and that police should be more willing to prosecute the perpetrators.

He was speaking after Sky's Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt revealed in a special report that Scotland Yard is investigating a dossier of social media abuse targeting the McCanns - whose three-year-old daughter went missing on a family holiday in 2007.

When confronted over her actions, one of the trolls, who used the name "Sweepyface" online, told Sky News she believed she was "entitled" to attack the couple on Twitter.

Mr McCann said he had not read the Sweepyface tweets, but he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "Clearly something needs to be done about the abuse on the internet. I think we probably need more people to be charged.

"We do not have any significant presence on social media or online and I've got grave concerns about our children as they grow up and start to access the internet in an unsupervised capacity.

"People are threatening to kidnap our children, people are threatening violence against Kate and myself."

He said police should be more willing to charge internet trolls.

"I'm glad to see the law around this area has been reviewed. We need to make examples of people who are causing damage," he said.

"It causes us severe distress. There is so much vile nonsense written on the internet."

A spokesman for Leicestershire Police said: "Police were called at 1.42pm on Saturday 4 October to a report of a body of a woman in a hotel room in Smith Way, Grove Park, Leicester.

"Officers attended the scene, and a file is being prepared for the coroner."

The body has now been formally identified as Ms Leyland.

Police said her death is not being treated as suspicious.

The 63-year-old, from Burton Overy, Leicestershire, had been accused of posting thousands of online messages directed at the McCanns.

An inquest into her death at Leicester's Coroners Court heard witness testimony from a toxicologist, two police officers, Mrs Leyland's former psychiatrist and two Sky News employees.

A written statement from Mrs Leyland's youngest son, Benjamin, was read to the court.
He said: "I have no doubt in my mind that the panic and fear that I heard in her voice after the Sky News interview was the final straw that pushed my mum to do what she did.

"She was broken, destroyed."

Mr Leyland, who lives in America, described his mother as a woman who "felt it hard to connect with people".

He wrote: "She struggled with depression. She had undergone psychiatric treatment and medicated for anxiety. The court was also told that there had been a previous suicide attempt."

Sky News' Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt, who challenged Brenda Leyland about her alleged online trolling in a report for the channel, said he had talked to Mrs Leyland on the telephone after approaching her but before the report had been broadcast.

He said: "I asked her how she was and she said 'Oh, I had thought about ending it all but I'm feeling better, I've had a drink I've spoken to my son who has told me I've been a silly, stupid woman."

Mr Brunt was asked by Coroner Catherine Mason if he thought it was a throwaway line.
He replied: "Yes".

Detective Sergeant Steven Hutchings told the court that Mrs Leyland had posted more than 2,000 tweets under the name Sweepyface.

Of these, 424 mentioned Gerry and Kate McCann. The couple's three-year-old daughter Madeleine was taken from the family's Portugal holiday apartment in 2007.

In recording a verdict of suicide, the coroner said: "I'm satisfied although Mrs Leyland had a mental health history, that others would not necessarily have known that she was suffering from mental health (problems).

"She had mentioned wanting to take her own life but then dismissed it. I don't think it could have been known to anybody that there was a definite intention for her to take her own life."

A Sky News statement issued after the coroner's verdict said the broadcaster was confident that no editorial guidelines were breached.

"The team at Sky News followed its editorial guidelines and pursued a story in a responsible manner that we believed was firmly in the public interest," the statement said.

"Brenda Leyland's tragic death highlights the unforeseeable human impact that the stories we pursue can have, and Sky News would like to extend its sincere condolences to her family."

The article tries really hard to make it seem that Brenda was suicidal, and her son blames the Sky News and Martin Brunt for their ambush journalism.

Without the court documents or the coroner's report, it is difficult to assess the accuracy of this article, but given Sky News' extremely bad reporting, the claim that she committed suicide should be taken with a grain of salt.

Sky News Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt said: "Leicestershire Police had spent about eight months investigating the dossier, which effectively was a catalogue of abuse tweeted and posted online elsewhere by antagonists of Kate and Gerry McCann.

"There were dozens of such individuals identified in the dossier. They had threatened violence and even death against the couple."

The online posts included words like petrol and matches, handcuffs, shooting, torture and lynching, Brunt said.

One woman named in the dossier, Brenda Leyland, committed suicide after being confronted by Sky News.

Brunt said those who compiled the dossier have reacted with "absolute dismay" at the decision not to prosecute.

"They say it is tantamount to giving the trolls, as they call them, carte blanche to carry on abusing the McCanns," he said.

Sky News visited her and asked her about her McCann tweets - the following day the Daily Mail named her and revealed she was the owner of the @Sweepyface account.
So what was in the dossier that Sky News said was being handed over to the Crown Prosecution Service? What did @Sweepyface actually say?

MES Note: Again there is no actual evidence or claim by Martin Brunt that her name was in the dossier, and witnesses to the police hearing state she was not and Martin heard about Brenda from the anonymous source of the dossier.

Her first tweet, from December 2010, was about the McCanns and accuses others of "unhelpful and uninspired trolling". Over the next four years she sent 4,625 tweets, very rarely on any other subject.

Leyland was part of a subculture of people on Twitter who vociferously ask questions of the McCanns on Twitter ā€“ up to and including the conspiracy theory that they were somehow involved in Madeleine's disappearence.

Leyland's account went mostly dormant in 2011 and 2012 but returned with gusto in 2013, some days posting more than 50 tweets, most beginning with the # McCann hashtag.

A common theme, as seen in this tweet on 3 November 2013, is freedom of speech ā€“ the idea that the McCanns are trying to silence critics.

At times, Leyland painted herself almost as a campaigning journalist, as here on 7 December 2013 when she tried to find evidence that royalties from Kate McCann's book were deposited in the Find Madeleine fund.

As well as delivering strongly worded attacks on the McCanns and their actions, Leyland sometimes stuck up for them. On 20 November 2013 she asked why some people were laughing "like demented hyenas" at the McCanns' plight.

On 15 March this year, Leyland alluded to attempts made to reveal her identity and tried to throw people off the scent by saying she didn't live in Leicestershire.

On 17 September this year she tweeted what might have amounted to a personal manifesto: to make the McCanns "live in shame".

But Leyland's language was polite and measured. She rarely swore (out of more than 4,500 tweets, only 16 contained the word "f**k").

There were none of the physical threats and sexual violence that have typified other high profile "Twitter troll" cases, such as the campaign of abuse targeted at Stella Creasy MP and feminist campaigner Caroline Criado-Perez (which led to the jailing of Peter Nunn last week).

Between bursts of anger and invective aimed straight at the McCann family and what she saw as a cadre of blinkered supporters, Leyland occasionally showed a sense of fairness, and was often keen to stress that a child had gone missing.

Leyland saw her tweets as a public service ā€“ she clearly believed that an injustice was taking place. "I'm committed to (finding) the truth of Maddie's death," she said on 15 August this year.

Her sudden death ā€“ plus the footage of her being challenged by Sky News, which has spread like wildfire online ā€“ caused an outpouring of sympathy on Twitter this morning, with many blaming Sky News for its perceived role in her death.

There is a petition at change.org calling on the prime minister to launch an inquiry in Leyland's death, and a Facebook group called Sack Martin Brunt has more than 1,100 likes.

Several people have today pointed to this tweet of Leyland's from 11 November 2013.

It is clear that Brenda was not an "evil" troll, but rather just someone investigating the McCann case because it is clear the police and fakestream media isn't doing their job.

In fact Brenda also defends the McCanns at times from online trolls!! Why doesn't the pathetic Sky News include this in their PsyOp hit-piece??

But there is a lesson to learn here: aim your criticism at the police and fakestream media covering up alleged crimes rather than those that allegedly benefit from them (i.e. the McCanns).

For example if a person sets a building on fire and is not arrested, blame the police for not doing their job.

Also, Brenda's tweets aren't even that bad, in fact I get MUCH worse tweets aimed at me daily!

It is clear that the mainstream media deliberately plastered Brenda all over the news cycle as the posterchild of what "evil" "online abuse" looks like without second guessing the original narrative or being considerate about Brenda's privacyā€¦ # PsyOp

Summary and Conclusions

I started this investigation into Brenda Leyland's death by first reading the "Trial by Media" section of the Wikipedia page for the Madeleine McCann case which argued that the McCanns were being tried by the online social media.

But it turns out that the only "trial by media" being done was the pathetic fakestream mainstream media in misleadingly framing Brenda as a hateful online troll that was threatening the lives of the McCanns and their children, and which this led to Brenda's untimely and bizarre "suicide" by "helium overdose".

To summarize how strange this story is, consider the following:

  • Martin Brunt of Sky News doorsteps online McCann critic "SweepyFace" demanding answers to vague questions of online abuse towards the McCanns.
  • Sky News claims to have possession of a "dossier" compiled by an anonymous group of concerned individuals which they didn't reveal because of concern for their safety.
  • Sky News and most mainstream media outlets plaster SweepyFace's video and image, in which it was eventually revealed that Brenda Leyland is SweepyFace.
  • Sky News give every allusion that Brenda was named in the dossier but Martin Brunt NEVER claims this, and in fact witnesses to the inquest trial state the contrary.
  • Other news outlets, and even Sky News a year later, state Brenda was named in the Dossier, likely due to the misleading original reporting by Sky News.
  • Sky News gives every allusion that Brenda was behind the tweets involving threats to the McCann but in fact she wasn't, and Sky News very careful word their articles such that they may have "plausible deniability" in court.
  • Gerry McCann states he wants an example made of "evil" online "trolls".
  • Brenda is found dead in a hotel days after being ambushed by Sky News.
  • The cause of death was initially not known.
  • The death is later ruled a suicide by "helium overdose" about 5 months later.
  • The corner and police reports were never made public (to my knowledge).
  • The dossier and source were never made public (to my knowledge).
  • The Twitter users named in the dossier are never publicly proven to be real people, instead of random paid PsyOp trolls.
  • No one is prosecuted, including alleged online "trolls" with "death threats" (to my knowledge).

Given the absolutely horrible and disgusting reporting, it is my view that this entire story is a psychological operation (PsyOp) that has following goals all being achieved simultaneously:

  • The public feels sympathy towards the McCanns.
  • People fear what they post online.
  • Governments are given reason to enforce stricter legislation.
  • Social Media and Alternative Media outlets are demonized.
  • Critics are ridiculed and demonized by the mainstream media.
  • Questioning the official narrative is a dangerous gameā€¦

And Now For The Bizarre Twistā€¦

To make things even more bizarre, the following website makes a very compelling argument that the person behind the infamous "dossier" is none other than Gerry McCann's older sisterā€¦.
