In #PizzaGate Part 28, I look research further into David Brock and this time cover the Blackmail Scandal involving his two former longtime domestic partners William Grey, and James ājimmycometā Alefantis. As explained in Part 26, in which I covered an overview of David Brock in hopes of winning the David Seaman contest, please note the following disclaimer that any negative connotations of Brock being connected towards #PizzaGate are purely speculative and at the moment no credible evidence or credible circumstantial evidence exists, to my knowledge, that connects David Brock to pedophilia or similar corruption. That being said, given his connection towards Alefantis and Media Matters, known for character assassinations of researchers of #PizzaGate, it is important to research David Brock for any possible leads.
The entire blackmail scandal is extremely bizarre and involves Grey sending emails to Brock and Alefantis threatening to expose āsick nonsenseā and embarrassing facts about Brock (and possibly Alefantis) unless Brock return property belonging to Grey, and total about $170,000 USD. I go over the police report Brock filed, the Lawsuit Grey filed, the Counterclaim by Brock, the Answer to Counterclaim by Grey, and finally the confidential settlement and dismissal of all the claims by the two parties. Also in the Counterclaim is the first mention of the now widely circulated $850,000 payment that Brock claims was due to blackmail from Grey. Whatās interesting about this is that the money comes from the proceeds of the sale of their once shared Rehoboth Beach home in Delaware; a sale which according to a Settle and Release agreement they signed would bar Brock from making his blackmail payment claim! Thus it may not actually have been blackmail, or at least hard for Brock to argue it was.
The scandal revolves around the sale (and demolition) of the Rehoboth home, and thus this might be a source for further research into possible leads, as well as obtaining the email exchanges and any possible further court documents.
Also in this video I go over a possible āreal lifeā Baphomet which somehow leads down the trail of the US Public Health Service, the World Health Organization, and finally towards the United Nations which just so happens to have been hatched at the infamous Bohemian Grove (as was the Atomic Bomb)ā¦ #YouCantMakeThisStuffUp

Baphomet (/ĖbƦfoŹmÉt/; from Medieval Latin Baphometh, Baffometi, Occitan Bafometz) is a term originally used to describe an idol or other deity that the Knights Templar were accused of worshipping and that subsequently was incorporated into disparate occult and mystical traditions. It appeared as a term for a pagan idol in trial transcripts of the Inquisition of the Knights Templar in the early 14th century.[1] The name first came into popular English usage in the 19th century, with debate and speculation on the reasons for the suppression of the Templars.[2]

David Brock's Blackmail Lawsuit with Former Partner William Grey
Recall from #PizzaGate Part 26, that I am researching into David Brock in order to win the contest proposed by David Seaman, with the deadline of August 1, 2017.
DISCLAIMER:
Please note that in my #PizzaGate series thus far that when targeting specific people, my videos have pointed out links to pedophilia and/or corruption either directly or indirectly.
But for this particular video on David Brock, as in my earlier overview video in Part 26, I am attempting to lay the groundwork in building up possible leads of criminal activity on his part; mainly because it is clear law enforcement won't touch the political elites with a 9 foot pole!
Since David Brock has dated the now infamous James Alefantis, and David being almost certainly directly tied into the many character assassinations of people researching into #PizzaGate through his many media watchdog groups (such as Media Matters), I believe it is important to research into David Brock.
But it is also understood that attaching the #PizzaGate label is very damaging to people's character, thus for this particular video please view the connection of David Brock to any of the negative connotations of #PizzaGate as speculative.

This dismissal of both the Complaint and Counterclaim by both parties is in agreement with the Fox News article above, which states the two settled on confidential terms.
On March 8, 2011, Brock filed his own suit against Grey for more than $4 million, demanding Grey return the $850,000, plus pay millions more in punitive damages. The two settled two months ago under terms that remain confidential.

The Rehoboth Beach home was torn down months after Brock sold it, amid much community opposition, so the buyer could divide the parcel and build two homes. It remains a vacant lot.

Appears as mainly right-leaning news outlets reported on this (this is more noticeable on Google Search since they usually filter out alternative outlets, SUCH AS PIZZAGATE.WIKI!! First time I have seen that site on the first page!! # EveryoneGetOnDuckDuckGo).
But it also appears that the media outlets that did write about it don't go in any real detail besides what appears on the surface, i.e. Brock Paid $850,000 in "Blackmail".
And as shown earlier Fox News doesn't have the lawsuit documents available anymore on that articleā¦

Summary and Conclusions
To summarize the case we have the following timeline:
- William Grey is a former partner of David Brock for over ten years.
- James Alefantis is also a former partner of David Brock.
- Grey and Brock shared two homes:
ā Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
ā Georgetown, Washington DC
- Around 2007: Grey and Brock stopped living together, i.e. broke-up.
- 2007: Brock sold the Georgetown home.
- 28 August 2008: (According to Answer to Counterclaim) Grey and Brock agreed to not make future claims relating to the Rehoboth Beach house once it was sold; they signed a "settlement and release" agreement.
- August 2008: (According to Counterclaim) Brock claims Grey made blackmail threats to try to obtain $850,000 USD.
- May 2010: (According to Counterclaim) Brock again claims Grey made blackmail threats to try to obtain $850,000 USD.
ā Note: The date of $850,000 USD payment is unclear.
- 14 May 2010: (According to Answer to Counterclaim) The house was sold (and hence the date of the "Release" of their agreement).
ā (According to Fox News article) The house was torn down, divided into two properties months after it was sold.
- July 2010: (According to Counterclaim) Diane Schobel, Grey's lawyer, sent a demand letter to Brock and Alefantis for the personal property.
- 1 September 2010: (According to Counterclaim) Brock and Alefantis told Schobel that Grey's claim was meritless.
- Between September 1 to 8, 2010: (According to Counterclaim) Lawyers of both parties agreed to discuss claims on September 8, 2010.
- 5 September 2010 (According to Police Report) & "Prior to 8 September 2010 (According to Counterclaim): Brock claims Grey threatened him with blackmail via email.
ā Brock also claims that in previous 2.5 years Grey made blackmail threats on at least 2 separate occasions.
ā 19 May 2010 and 27 August 2008 emails threats are shown in Counterclaim.
ā These prior emails caused Brock to sell his Rehoboth Beach home and pay Grey about $850,000 in sale proceeds, which he wouldn't have otherwiseā¦
- 14 September 2010: Brock filed a police report claiming Grey blackmailed him via email if he did not return 17 pieces of property.
ā The threat involved releasing derogatory information about Brock and his organization to the press and donors.
ā The police report does not mention the $850,000 paymentā¦
ā According to Counterclaim, Brock states he reported 4 separate acts of blackmail (but demands compensation from only 3) from August 2008 to the present demand for personal property items.
- January 2011: William Grey files a lawsuit against David Brock and James Alefantis to return items in their possession that Grey claimed belong to him, and totaling about $170,000 USD.
ā Some of these items were located at Alefantis' infamous Buck's Fishing and Camping, and Comet Ping Pong businesses.
- 6 March 2011: Brock and Alefantis file a Counterclaim against Grey.
ā Brock argues that Grey has no legal right to those possessions.
ā Brock also states he made an $850,000 USD blackmail payment to Grey (something he didn't mention in his initial police report).
ā Brock and Alefantis demands include:Ā§ Return of $850,000 USD blackmail payment
Ā§ $500,000 payment for "emotional harm" from each blackmail threat (August 2008, May 2010, and September 2010), thus totaling $1,500,000 USD.
Ā§ $1,000,000 USD for any finding of malice in regards to the blackmail threats.
Ā§ Compensatory damages, court costs, etc., and finding of malice in these regards for $1,000,000 USD.
ā Total payment demands could total $4,350,000 USD.
- 29 March 2011: Grey files an Answer to Counterclaim, and makes the usually denial of arguments made by Brock, but also makes some very interesting points regarding the Rehoboth home.
ā Grey claims he was entitled to receive the $850,000 USD from the sale of the Rehoboth home, likely due to them living together for many years, and Grey running his Delaware Pet Adoption Center (DPAC) in that home.
ā Grey also points out that the "Settlement and Release" agreement they signed regarding the Rehoboth home would mean Brock CAN'T make the claim of paying the $850,000 USD as blackmail!!
ā Thus it may never have been a blackmail payment??!! # Wow
- 1 December 2011: Both parties dismiss their lawsuits and settle out of court under confidential terms.
- February 2012: Rehoboth house remains unsold.
This timeline is very bizarre and makes it very reasonable to assume that there may not actually have been a blackmail payment of $850,000 USD since it was not shown in the available police report filed by Brock, but only stated by Brock during his later Counterclaim.
Also since Brock knew full well of the "Settle and Release" agreement they signed regarding the sale of the Rehoboth home, he also almost certainly knew that it would be very difficult to argue in regards to payment of the $850,000 USD as blackmail since it came from the proceeds of the sale of the homeā¦ If you have some legal background, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Now, it could actually have been blackmail but my hypothesis is maybe that Brock didn't want to pay proceeds to Grey from the Rehoboth sale, and thus could use the email threats regarding the return of items as possible grounds for obtaining that home payment back from Greyā¦
The Rehoboth Beach home seems to be at the center of Brock and Grey's arguments, and it was only after the May 2010 sale of the house (and after destruction of the home) did their legal battle ratchet up, with such damning email exchanges as this email by Grey:
- 19 May 2010: "David, You and James pulled this same kind of sick nonsense in 2008 to try to hide your financial malfeasance. Next step is I contact all your donors and the IRS. Do you understand[;]" "This is going to stink for you and if you don't resolve this. I assure[.]"
So it appears that one possible lead would be to further investigate the Rehoboth Beach homeā¦ (as well as try to obtain the full email exchanges, the Exhibit 1 items in Grey's lawsuit, and any other court documents about the case).
And as explained in Part 26, the late Andrew Breitbart had tweeted about these bizarre possessions:

Note that Andrew Breitbart died 3 days later on March 1, 2012 due to a "heart attack" at age 43ā¦. WHAT THE F**&&k??!
