In #PizzaGate Part 30 I revisit the infamous Madeleine McCann case and illustrate how it is an extremely sensitive issue for the current cowardly elites, and may just go right to the very top of the global political establishment. First off I recap the many pedophilia circumstances surrounding the case, such as the witness statement testimonies from the Gasparsā and Yvonne Martin that suggest McCann family friend David Payne and Gerry McCann himself may in fact be pedophiles; and pedophile sir Clement Freud ābefriendingā the McCanns. Kate McCannās book also makes bizarre references to pedophiles and Madeleineās genitalia. The pedophilia theme itself is not the only disturbing issue surrounding the McCann case.
The efits of a potential suspect produced by the McCann team in fact look identical to two Washington DC power brokers and lobbyists in John and Tony Podesta. Now it is a stretch to say that these United States lobbyists ākidnappedā Madeleine, but that is mainly because according to Richard D. Hallās brilliant Madeleine McCann documentaries, http://madeleinefilms.net, there was no kidnapping. Madeleine almost certainly died before the reported ādisappearanceā. Also the efits are almost certainly a forgery since the Irish Smith family said to have described the suspect had made initial statements to the police that they couldnāt identify the suspect from a photograph or in person. So how were the efits produced??
The efits were produced by ex-MI5 agents hired by the McCanns allegedly a year after Madeleineās ādisappearanceā and were withheld by the McCanns and/or police until made public in 2013 by BBC Crimewatch; yet they never mentioned the efits were produced by the McCanns! The company behind the efits was a shady organization Washington DC based company known as Oakley International and run an even shadier Kevin Richard Halligan. In this video I illustrate quite clearly that Halligan is almost certainly a CIA/MI5 asset and that much of his life has been constructed for covert means, one of such means is psychological operations by the mainstream media to distract from the actual facts in the McCann case.
Halligan hired giant Washington DC legal and lobbyist firm Patton Boggs in the creation of Oakley International, and whom Boggs was a major rival to Tony Podestaās Podesta Group law firm. Thus it is safe to say that the creators of the efits knew full well who John and Tony Podesta were and one possible explanation for the efits is that they were used as a warning message to the folks in DCā¦
The McCann case from day one has been managed by UK and USA governmental and intelligence agents to manage the media to push the assumption of an āabductionā. From meeting the Pope, Whitehouse elites, being on Oprah and to Cristiana Ronaldo making a plea for helping the Madeleine fund, the media circus has no end. But perhaps the most bizarre circumstance is that even UK First Lady Cherie Blair called Kate McCann 5 days after the āabductionā, and her husband Prime Minister Tony Blair resigned less than 48 hours after the phone callā¦ #UNBELIEABLE!
Perhaps former London Mayor Ken Livingstone audio recording about MI5 filming pedophiles for blackmail, and running and covering pedophile rings might just be the best explanation of just what the Madeleine case entailsā¦

The Madeleine McCann Case Reaches Right To The Top!
Recall in #PizzaGate Parts 1, 4-10, and 25 in which I covered the Madeleine McCann case, and showed some bizarre pedophilic "coincidences" and blatant mainstream media cover-up:
- Three-Year Old Madeleine Beth McCann reported "disappearance" on 3 May 2007.
- Gaspar Witness Statements suspect McCann family friend David Payne, and Gerry McCann himself, might be pedophiles.
- Yvonne Martin Witness Statement suspects David Payne may be a pedophile.
- McCanns "befriended" famous BBC Broadcaster Sir Clement Freud in July 2007, whom died in 2009 and in 2016 was exposed by the MSM to be a pedophile and serial sexual predator.
- Kate McCann states in her book she had horrible thoughts that Madeleine was being sexually abused by her "abductor" including making references to Madeleine's "perfect little genitals"ā¦
The coincidences don't stop there:
- The e-fits of the supposed "abductor" looks exactly like John and Tony Podesta, including Tony's mole on his head.
- The efits look like 2 people, and look like they were created on 2 different computer programs.
Here is a recap of how the efits were come about, from #PizzaGate Part 4:
- McCann disappearance reported in May 3, 2007.
- The Smith family tell police they couldn't identify the man on May 26, 2007.
- Efits produced by McCann's private investigators in 2008.
- Efits given to Portuguese and Leicestershire police by October 2009.
- Efits given to Scotland Yard in August 2011.
- Efits shown to the public (while not stating it was produced by the McCanns) on October 14, 2013.
Thus it appears that the efits most likely have been fabricated.
Thus, the production of the efits does not suggest that the Podesta brothers or any person had actually kidnapped Madeleine.
A more likely scenario is that Madeleine has been dead for quite some time and there is a massive cover-up going on, similar to the mainstream media coverage of #PizzaGate.
Martin Smith stated the following in his initial police witness statement:
States that it is not possible for him to recognise the individual in person or by photograph.

Recall from #PizzaGate Part 7 which referenced Part 1 & 4 in showing the strange coincidences of John Podesta's leaked emails and what appears to be deleted entries before Madeleine's "disappearance" and his assistant emailing on his behalf the day after.
ā¢ Madeleine almost certainly died before the reported disappearance.
ā¢ There were almost certainly no abductors.
ā¢ The efits are almost certainly fabricated.
ā¢ The efits were almost certainly purposely suppressed by the media and police.
ā¢ The efits almost certainly look like two separate people.
ā¢ The efits almost certainly were made from two separate computer programs.
ā¢ The efits look like John and Tony Podesta (including the mole on Tony's head).

Thus some of the possibilities for the McCann / Podesta connection are the following:
- The efits may be deliberately made to look like the Podestas as a form of blackmail for possible criminal activities engaged in Portugal and/or connected to Madeleine.
- People that fabricated the efits knew of the Podestas and wanted to send them a warning message to keep to whatever agreement or agenda they have, even if the Podestas aren't directly connected to the McCanns or Portugal.
- It is all just a coincidence that:
- The efits were fabricated.
- The efits look like the Podestas.
- John Podesta's emails were deleted prior to Madeleine's disappearance.
- John's assistant emailed on his behalf the day after Madeleine's disappearance.
- The mainstream media ignores the fact that efits could not realistically have been made.
- The mainstream media don't bother to ask the Podestas or even John's assistant about the missing emails or efits look-alike.
If you have other possibly scenarios let me know.
My current speculation is that these efits were deliberately fabricated and deliberately made to look like the Podesta brothers.

Evidence recently presented as a ābreakthroughā in the hunt for Madeleine McCann was reportedly produced for her parents by a group of former spies in 2008.
Kate and Gerry McCann hand-picked a team of former MI5 agents after becoming fed up with the pace and direction of the original Portuguese investigation.
The intelligence report was kept secret for five years as it was deemed āhyper-criticalā of the McCanns and their friends, reports the Sunday Times.
The contents were only made public after Scotland Yard investigators requested a copy when conducting a fresh review of the case
E-fits of a man seen at the time of Madeleineās disappearance shown on a special edition of Crimewatch last week and presented as new evidence are in fact from the 2008 report.

Henri Exton, MI5ās former undercover operations chief, who led the group, confirmed they had been silenced by the McCanns.
He said: āA letter came from their lawyers binding us to the confidentiality of the report.ā
Wow! The highly-likely fabricated images were done by former CHIEF of MI5's undercover operations unit! # YouCantMakeThisStuffUp
Thus if the e-fits were purposely fabricated to look like the Podestas, possibly as a warning message, then having the capability and foreknowledge is only possible with some sophisticated connections; and MI5 is one of the few agencies that can pull this off.
As the saying goes for the CIA/MI5/Mossad/etc. intelligence and spy agencies: "Once a member, always a member".

Exton questioned the significance of the Tanner sighting of a man carrying a child at 21:15 near apartment 5A, and focused instead on the Smith sighting at 22:00āthe sighting by Martin and Mary Smith of a man carrying a child near the McCanns' apartment that night. The Oakley team produced e-fits based on the Smiths' description. This was a sensitive issue, because in September 2007 Martin Smith had watched footage of the McCanns arriving in the UK from Portugal, and believed he recognized Gerry McCann as the man he had seen with the child in Praia da Luz. Smith came to accept that he was mistaken: at 22:00 witnesses placed Gerry McCann in the tapas restaurant. Nevertheless, publication of the Smith e-fits, which bore some resemblance to Gerry, would have fed the conspiracy theories about the McCanns.[59]
MES Note: From #PizzaGate Part 4, Martin Smith had already made a written witness statement that he did not know how the suspect looked like and couldn't identify him from a photograph or in person!

So this sudden recognition and then self-correction seems highly improbable and almost certainly staged.
Exton submitted his report to Madeleine's Fund in November 2008, but the fund told Exton that the report and its e-fits had to remain confidential. The relationship between the company and the fund had soured, in part because of a dispute over fees, and in part because the report was critical of the McCanns and their friends; it suggested that Madeleine may have died in an accident after leaving the apartment herself through its unlocked patio doors.[59] The fund passed the e-fits to the policeāthe PolĆcia JudiciĆ”ria and Leicestershire police had them by October 2009, and Scotland Yard received them when they became involved in August 2011[238]ābut did not otherwise release them. Kate McCann did not include them with the other images of suspects in her book, Madeleine (2011), although she suggested that both the Tanner and Smith sightings were crucial.[59]
Scotland Yard released the e-fits in 2013 for a BBC Crimewatch reconstruction. After it had aired, The Sunday Times published that the McCanns had had the e-fits since 2008.[59] In response the couple sued the newspaper for having implied (wrongly) that they had not only failed to publish them but had withheld them from the police. The newspaper apologized and paid Ā£55,000 in damages.[238][239]
Wow! Oakley International, the company hired by the McCanns for Ā£500,000, were registered in Washington DC!!!
The Podestas-Efits connection gets even more plausible!
Thus Oakley International sent former MI5 spy division chief Henri Exton and crew to Portugal and produced the efits based on Martin Smith and family testimony, DESPITE their initial police witness testimonies indicating they did not know how the suspect looked like and COULDN'T identify the man from an image or in person!
Note that the Wikipedia page never mentions the Podesta / McCann efit connections as part of their "conspiracy theories" jab.
Why did the McCanns want the efits to be confidential??
Why did English and Portuguese Police not reveal the efits??
Why did Scotland Yard wait 2 years after obtaining the efits to finally make them public in 2013, a full 5 years AFTER they were originally created, which was 1 year after Madeleine's "disappearance"??

Some people knew him as Kevin. He told others he was Richard. Everyone could see he had money to burn, and most people thought he was a British spy. But nobody in Washington really knew Kevin Richard Halligen, not even the woman he pretended to marry.
Halligen now sits in a London prison, fighting extradition to the United States, where he faces felony fraud charges stemming from his days of extravagant living in Washington high society.
For about three years, until 2008, Halligen spent hundreds of thousands of dollars living large in Washington.
He stayed in a Willard Hotel suite for months at a time and drank the days away at pricey Georgetown restaurants. He traveled everywhere in a chauffeur-driven Lincoln Town Car, set up high-tech offices in Herndon and bought a grand home in Great Falls.
Smart, charming and favoring black turtlenecks and sunglasses, Halligen told everyone that he was a spy, or a former spy, or connected to spies. He told friends that he was under such deep cover that he took over his fianceeās place as a āsafe house.ā
Virtually all of it, it turns out, was fabricated or exaggerated, according to associates who have since investigated his background. But with amazing ease and a perfect British accent, the diminutive Halligen schmoozed his way into Washingtonās intelligence elite ā Pentagon officials, influential lawyers and lobbyists, former CIA operatives.
And he took their money.

The intelligence agencies are not "stupid" by any stretch of the imagination, and you can just take a look at 9/11 for starters.
It's like the entire Kevin Halligen storyline is a rip-off from Mr. Bean!

Keep in mind that one of the biggest ongoing perception management strategies is making the intelligence agencies appear incompetent, which in reality they are anything but incompetent!

On the contrast, James Bond movies highly sensationalize the "spy" industry, when in reality I am of the view that it is mainly a propaganda, blackmail, and perception management tool to keep the population and politicians in check by the real shadow government.

The U.S. government obtained an indictment against him in 2009 on criminal charges of bilking a client out of $2.1 million, and judges in the District and Virginia have ordered him to pay $6.5 million to former partners who claim he fleeced them.

When Halligen breezed into Washington about 2005, one of his first calls, according to associates, was to Patton Boggs, the heavyweight law firm. He hired the firm to help set up his new U.S. business, Oakley International, which offered risk analysis and security advice to corporate customers.
A key contact at Patton Boggs was lobbyist John C. Garrett, a retired U.S. Marine colonel who serves as the firmās senior defense policy adviser. Garrett declined to comment for this article, saying Patton Boggs does not discuss former clients.
Halligen used each new contact to methodically build up a high-level network. Garrett introduced Halligen to a number of key Washington establishment figures, including Noel Koch, who was a White House aide under President Richard M. Nixon and whom President Obama appointed deputy undersecretary of defense.
āIf John Garrett was vouching for him, that was good enough for me,ā Koch said.

By early 2008, court records show, London lawyer Mark Aspinall ā who was his connection on the Trafigura case ā had invested $750,000 in Halligenās Oakley International.
Halligen also received an enormous boost from the internationally known case of Madeleine McCann, a 3-year-old British girl who disappeared while on vacation with her family in Portugal.
In the spring of 2008, the Find Madeleine Fund hired Oakley International on a six-month contract worth just under $1 million. Halligen was supposed to use high-tech surveillance and satellite imagery and conduct interviews to help find the girl.
His bank accounts ballooned with regular deposits of $200,000 or more over the next few months. But Halligenās carefully constructed life was starting to unravel.
MES Note: As I will explain later in this video, the one truly accurate statement by this article is that Halligen's life was indeed "carefully constructed" and in my view was a CIA/MI5 asset years before the Madeleine case was public.
Clarence Mitchell, a spokesman for the Find Madeleine Fund, said fund officials began questioning whether Halligenās work was worth those large payments, and they terminated his contract in August 2008.

Hollis, a lawyer who once worked as legal counsel to the House of Representatives and as senior adviser to Afghanistanās Ministry of Counter Narcotics, sued Halligen in Fairfax Country Circuit Court for $2.35 million.
Hollis alleged that Halligen hired him as chief executive of Oakley International and that Hollis bought an ownership stake in the company. He said that the investment turned out to be worthless and that Halligen drained the companyās accounts. A judge ordered Halligen to pay Hollis more than $5.7 million in damages.
As investigators pursued Halligen, they found yet another surprise. They unearthed documents suggesting that the silver-tongued Brit had actually been born in Ireland.
In November 2009, after a year on the run, Halligen was jailed after being arrested at a luxury hotel in Oxford, England
While all these details about Kevin Richard Halligen are absolutely ludicrous, and just add more to the media cover-up circus that is the Madeleine McCann case, I suspect that this whole story, and Halligen himself, may just be a CIA/MI5 asset/actor that is used to just distract from the Madeleine cover-up.

After watching this documentary about Richard Halligan by the UK mainstream media outlet Channel 5, I am convinced that the entire Halligan story is just another CIA-Deep State propaganda story from its inception to serve as more media fodder and distraction from the actual facts of the Madeleine Case, that Madeleine almost certainly died before her reported "disappearance".

On Tuesday 8 May, we said an emotional goodbye to the family and friends who were leaving us, including my parents and Gerryās mum. It was so sad, but we all knew it was for the best. Later, I went down to sit on the beach for a while with Fiona. I still felt oblivious to everything around me; nothing whatsoever mattered except Madeleine. We talked and cried and held on to each other. It was like a horror movie that refused to end. But this was my life now, until Madeleine was found.
As we were walking up from the beach at about 5pm, I had a call from Cherie Blair, in her final days as wife of the prime minister (her husband Tony would announce his resignation two days later and leave office the following month). She was kind and helpful. She told me it was amazing but encouraging that Madeleine was still the first topic on the news every night. This was only five days after the abduction: as it turned out, our poor daughter would continue to headline the bulletins for some time to come. Cherie also warned me, āWhatever happens, your life will never be the same again.ā She mentioned that a friend of hers, Catherine Meyer, was the founder of PACT ā Parents and Abducted Children Together ā and said she would get in touch with her on my behalf. Doubtless I asked Cherie if there was anything the British government could offer the Portuguese in the way of resources to assist or expedite the search for Madeleine. It wasnāt my intention to make her feel uncomfortable by asking this, and Iām sure I didnāt. We were just so desperate I couldnāt let the opportunity go by.
WTF?!!! The UK Prime Minister's Wife Cherie Blair called Kate McCann 5 days after the "abduction", assumed it was an "abduction", assumed the McCanns were innocent, and gave words of encouragement to Kateā¦ If you gave this script to any movie director, they would literally laugh in your face!
Also the UK Prime Minister Tony Blair resigned 2 days after that phone call??? What is going on?!!

Another valuable source of information was Lady Catherine Meyer, the friend Cherie Blair had mentioned to me in her phone call. Catherine, the wife of the former British ambassador to the US, had set up PACT (Parents and Abducted Children Together) after her own two sons were abducted by her exhusband. She has fought tirelessly ever since for a better international response to such crimes. I so admire her commitment to and passion for protecting children. She is feisty, determined, has a good sense of humour and is not afraid to say what she thinks. Such qualities are essential in this field, where there is so much red tape to be dealt with.
At the end of June, Gerry spoke to Ernie Allen, CEO of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the USA. This organization was established in 1984, thanks to the lobbying of Congress by John and RevƩ Walsh. When their six-year-old son Adam was abducted and found murdered in Florida in 1981, they had experienced the same kind of pain and frustration at inadequate responses that we were suffering now. Today the NCMEC offers a vast range of resources to law-enforcement agencies investigating cases of missing, abducted and exploited children, as well as training and education for people working in this field.
I came into the sitting room just as Gerry was finishing this hour-long phone call to find my husband almost radiant and brimming with optimism. He was already planning to fly out to Washington, DC at the earliest opportunity to find out more about the work of the NCMEC for himself. It wasnāt just Ernieās positive attitude and encouragement that had lifted Gerry, but the numerous examples he had cited of missing children who had been found, sometimes years later. There really was hope. I hadnāt seen Gerry looking so inspired in two months.

When the government withdrew Mitchell, the McCanns hired Justine McGuinness, who was reportedly headhunted for the job. When she left, Hanover Communications took over briefly, headed by Charles Lewington, formerly John Major's private secretary.[91][84] In September 2007 Brian Kennedy of Everest Windows stepped forward as a benefactor and offered to cover Clarence Mitchell's salary so that he could return. Mitchell resigned from his government position and started working for the McCanns full-time; he was later paid by Madeleine's Fund.[3][92]
Placing Madeleine on the front page of a British newspaper would sell up to 30,000 extra copies.[33] She appeared on the cover of People magazine on 28 May 2007,[93] on the front page of several British tabloids every day for almost six months, and became one of Sky News's menu options: "UK News", "Madeleine", "World News".[33][94][95] Between May 2007 and July 2008, the Portuguese tabloid Correio da ManhĆ£ published 384 articles about her.[96] By June 2008 over seven million posts and 3,700 videos were returned in a search for her name on YouTube.[97]

Summary and Conclusions
The theme of pedophilia is present in many circumstances surrounding the Madeleine McCann case:
- Madeleine McCann's reported "disappearance" was on 3 May 2007
- Gaspar and Yvonne Martin witness statements suggest McCann family friend David Payne and/or Gerry McCann might be pedophiles.
- Pedophile Sir Clement Freud "befriended" the McCanns.
- Kate McCann's book makes bizarre references to Madeleine's genitalia.
The Efits are almost certainly fabricated:
- The efits were allegedly produced 1 year after Madeleine's "disappearance".
- The efits were produced by McCann's ex-MI5 private investigators.
- The efits were produced based on an Irish Family, Martin Smith et al, all of whom made initial police witness statements that they couldn't identify the suspect in person or from a photograph.
- The efits were given to Portuguese and Leicestershire police up to 1 year after their production.
- The efits were given to UK's Scotland Yard police 3 years after their production.
- The efits were shown to public by BBC Crimewatch 2 years after Scotland Yard obtained them.
- BBC Crimewatch deceptively left out that the McCann team produced them.
- BBC Crimewatch highlighted the efits as vastly important in the Madeleine case.
- Thus the efits were kept from the public for 5 years after their alleged production, and 6 years after Madeleine's "disappearance".
There is a strong possibility the efits were made to look like John and Tony Podesta!
- The efits clearly look like two people and not one as alleged by the Smith family.
- The efits look like they were produced by two separate computer programs.
- The efits look IDENTICAL to powerful Washington DC lobbyists John and Tony Podesta!
- The "Tony" efit includes the mole on his forehead.
The company that produced the efits had strong connections to MI5, the CIA, Washington DC, and the Podesta Group:
- The efits were produced by a Washington DC based "detective agency" Oakley International.
- Oakley International sent a team of ex-MI5 agents led by ex-MI5 chief of covert opertions Henri Exton to Portugal to produce the efits.
- Oakley International was founded by Kevin Richard Halligen, a known fraudster, and in my opinion an obvious CIA/MI5 asset likely being used as a distraction from the McCann case by the pathetic mainstream media, and possibly a CIA tool to the launder money (possibly for blackmail).
- Halligen hired major Washington DC Legal and Lobbyist firm Patton Boggs in creating Oakley International.
- Patton Boggs is a major rival in the Washington DC lobbyist scene with the Podesta Group, founded by Tony Podesta.
- Patton Boggs and the Podesta Group are by far the biggest Washington DC Lobbyist firms.
Thus the possibility of the efits being purposely made to look like the Podesta brothers becomes more and more likely, but why?
- Halligen is almost certainly a CIA/MI5 asset.
- Patton Boggs almost certainly wouldn't be "fooled" by a "Mr. Bean" type character / "fraudster", such as Halligen.
- Patton Boggs and the Podesta Group are rivals, at least publicly.

- UK First Lady Cherie Blair called Kate McCann to encourage and give her advice, all while assuming an abduction and assuming the McCann's innocence, AND this was 5 days after the "abduction"!!!
- UK PRIME MINISTER RESIGNS LESS THAN 48 HOURS AFTER THAT PHONE CALL!!! # WTF!!
