Esta semana os muestro para el #beersaturday una excelente cerveza de los irlandeses de Whiplash. Última del lote que compré y probablemente una de las mejores. El último desembarco en España de la cervecera de Dublín ha traído cerveza de gran calidad, tal y como nos tiene acostumbrados.

Lúpulo: El Dorado, Ekuanot, Galaxy, Strata y Columbus

Aunque ellos la venden como American IPA, más bien es una HAZY IPA o una New England IPA, y es que aunque tiene amargor como se espera de una American IPA, la avena y el trigo que lleva, suavizan el trago y lo hacen más meloso y llevadero. A ello contribuye la levadura London Fog que se ha empleado para su elaboración que le aporta esa turbiedaz típica.
El aroma es muy frutal y el sabor presenta matices de nectarina y maracuyá.
Realmente una cerveza muy jugosa.
