First of all, if we see, the basic building blocks of a factory are its workers. We see that in any factory, all the work is done by its workers and if we look at it, out of all the types of employees in the factory, it is the workers who do the most hard work, but knowing this is very important. It is sad that the lowest salary is given only to the laborers who do hard work. I don't like this type of division of salary at all because a person should get money considering his hard work. The worse thing than this is that we see that whenever there is promotion or increment in any company, the lowest increment given there is given only to the factory workers and to those who sit and work. The highest increment is given, this is also a matter of great sadness because in many companies I see that workers have to work standing for 8 to 10 hours in shifts and you can imagine that a person can work by standing for so long. He is doing this and when his salary comes at the end of the month, it is very less and at the same time neither does anyone appreciate him much nor does either of them get a good increment.

This was just a small example of one factory, there are many more like this which can be seen all over the world, where you will see that the salary distribution is very unequal and this system has been running for decades. No one raises voice against it nor does the government see it as a thing.
If I ever get a chance to fix this system, then first of all I will come up with a minimum income concept, although the concept is still there, but I will increase this minimum income to at least such that no person can survive today's inflation. To be able to support his family during this period. Even though the government brings the concept of minimum income today, that minimum income is so low that in today's era of inflation, a person can hardly support his family, that is why the poor are becoming poorer. They are getting richer and richer because the laborers have to work for a fixed salary for many years because there is no one who can raise their voice regarding their salary. Secondly, I will bring in the concept here that just like there is any factory or company, there we see that a person is earning lakhs of rupees and he has to do a lot of work, while on the other hand, there is a hard working employee who works day and night. If someone works hard but still does not earn that much, then I will correct this type of non-uniform system. For this, first of all I will bring a rule here that the workers working in the private companies should get the salary as per the minimum income and along with this they should also get a good increment every year and it is these workers who get the highest increment. meet. By doing this, those workers will also get good motivation and they can work more diligently, which will ultimately increase the productivity of the company.
Here I understand that the distribution of salary should be equal in all countries because no matter how difficult your work is or how easy someone's work is, in the end everyone has to earn for their family. Expenses are required to maintain one's family. In such a situation, if a person is earning less money then he cannot maintain it properly due to which his children will not be able to get good education and their future generation. They will also go through this period of poverty or it is possible that they may face worse conditions because in today's time education is very important. If you do not have good education then you may face many problems related to this in future. Therefore, no matter what level of employee he is, he should be paid at least enough salary to provide the best education to his children and support his family.
If a person is doing good work then his respect also increases in understanding and we see that if a person is doing good work but no one sees the hard work behind it because often we see that the person who earns less money. A lot of hard work has to be done behind it, no one has seen the hard work of the person. Nowadays, the thinking of some people is such that they only see the earning of the person and do not see how much hard work someone has to do to earn money and in what way. What kind of problems is he facing to earn this money? It is often seen in private companies that the lowest level employees are given data, they are cursed and given a lot of work, while the higher level employees do their jobs with complete ease and they are He gets the highest salary. It is also seen in many companies that the senior employees spend all their work looking at the junior employees or keep doing their personal work and in the end the junior employee has to eat his teeth and most of all there is pressure and tension. This junior employee also has to be taken.
We have to change this type of system and come up with a new system in which all the people are respected, all the people get enough money and all the people enjoy their life happily.
