This museum is the emblem of Mexican art that was at the time of the very start and the major evolutions it took place with respect to the events in the history or the natives desire to bring an element of uniqueness in it from time to time in history. It should be noted that the art of the primitive Mexicans is situated in a separate exhibition room so that it can not merge with the developments art forms took over time. In this way, the visitors will have a better understanding of the nature of Mexican art and cannot combine it with the art of the present times.
The museum preserves the native art forms in exactly the same way it was believed to be at that time. The art is restored in the form of the paintings, murals, handcrafted objects, writings, symbols and the scrawls that are reflective of the approach people had at the time towards art that was primarily the way of expression and to identify protection at the same time.
The whole ambiance of the place is rustic with its structure that gives the whole feel of regressing in time of the primitive Mexicans. The place is laden with a diversity of artistic display and exhibitions of the set the pace of the museum discovery in the sense that the ancient Yaquina Indian exhibits are different from the present day emerging art and creativity of the modern Mexican artists. This difference in exhibitions makes the people realize that art of the Mexicans was not something that remains static and the same throughout but changed with the specifications of time.
Along with holding the exhibits, the museum also excels in offering some of the most learning and educational workshops that attempt to explain the importance of the historical artifacts and painting in the light of modern interpretations. The environment of discussion and interaction that these workshops create are very informative and interesting because the people get to learn a lot and also learn how to articulate their views with confidence. In this way Mexican art is not something that is limited to drawing and painting rather it is an expression of the soul, ideas, thoughts, and fears that emerge within the people of all nature, age, and backgrounds. Thus, it is the best of all.
