Wine shop - watercolour on paper

Hello everyone Hivers and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a watercolour painting depicting a glimpse of a wine shop that was commissioned by the owner.

The reference photographs are these and I must say they are rather cold and soulless.

So I tried to give the place a little warmth and delicacy to characterise it better. I added some plants and above all a small table with a bottle of wine and two glasses.

I let the sunlight illuminate the scene well because it is exposed to a great deal of light.

Anyway he liked it very much and was satisfied, I hope you liked it too and I send you a hug with a toast of good red wine, Armando.

Enoteca - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un dipinto ad acquarello che raffigura uno scorcio con una enoteca che mi è stato commissionato dal proprietario. Le fotografie di riferimento sono queste e devo dire che sono piuttosto fredde e senza anima. Così ho cercato di dare al locale un minimo di calore e delicatezza per caratterizzarlo meglio. Ho aggiunto delle piante e soprattutto un piccolo tavolino con una bottiglia di vino e due bicchieri. Ho lasciato che la luce del sole illuminasse per bene la scena perchè si trova esposto ad una grande fascia oraria di luce. Comunque gli è piaciuto moltissimo ed è rimasto soddisfatto, spero che sia piaciuto anche a voi e vi mando un abbraccio con un brindisi di buon vino rosso, Armando.
