Morning started with some coffee and Crypto, brainstorming with my wife about a crypto YouTube and DTube show. Then followed by a total of 40 pushups, 60 sit-ups and squats.
Then off to walk around hiking in the warm weather of northern Sweden. We walked down and up hills and several kilometers with our baby daughter either walking beside us or in stroller.
A very good chill family and workout day for me. I feel good and rejuvenated most mornings I start out with activity.
This kicks of a 90 day fitness challenge for me.
