
Gotta really good run in a today on the treadmill for my warm up. I was still super sore from my previous leg day but all the running helped get for good blood pumped into my legs and I’m actually feeling pretty good today.
I think the next workout tomorrow might just be a cardio day as apposed to hitting legs again, which is the next strength training workout in my cycle.
All I know is though, is that this is working for me. My energy is up, I’ve actually leaned out a little and continuing to do so…
