
Todays was nuts, absolute mayhem!
I woke up feeling like absolute crap but powered my way into the office for work. Had to run around the city all day in this heat!
OMG! Turn the sun down baby!
But somehow at the end of the day I had enough to get my workout in.💪🏾
I hit a quick chest workout today. A lot of dumbbell press, push-ups, and dips! Quick but effective.
I’m starting to feel myself being able to push through crazy intensity towards the end of my sets. Felt like back in the day me lil bit… lol
Can’t wait to get back in there tomorrow though ✌🏾
