My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

Gotta good long run in today. I was was gonna go my normal mile warmup on the treadmill but I felt good so I kept going.

I was in my Forrest Gump bag…

Hit some dumbbell press after that, incline and flat bench then finished up with some dips and push-ups. Getting back into the swing of things, feeling good in the gym, and stacking these actifit tokens!

Wish I could get some DEFIT on polygon for my workouts too but they require 30mins of cardio minimum to be eligible for rewards which doesn’t jam with how I like to workout…

Frustrating! If they’d show some love to weight lifter and looked at total workout time for the day instead of single session cardio time, they’d be the best version of themselves…
