Hive Power Up Day is here and I'm SUPER excited for the month of AUGUST on Hive! I finally hit my long-term 5,000 Hive Power goal in July and now I'm on the grind, really pushing hard to reach dolphin status!
One of my newest strategies I'm using to push me through is actually in effect for this post your reading now! And that strategy is, setting my post rewards to payout 100% Hive Power every few posts!
I know! Mind-blowingly simple, but it's also mind-blowingly effective!
Aside from that, lots of people are getting ready for Hivefest which is just around the corner.
If you're new to the platform Hivefest is an annual conference held in a different country each year. And around the time for Hivefest, I feel like the community really lights up!
With that being said, BE ACTIVE!
I feel like this is one of the best times to get out here and really put some amazing content on the platform. It's about to be "whale vote season" on Hive!
I feel like I've gotten some of my biggest upvotes during or around the time of Hivefest. There's just something about the Hivefest buzz that really gets the Hive Power flowing here.
TIP: Participating in contests and challenges on the platform helps you figure out how to make good content.
But let's keep up the growth and development yall!
I'm 6 years in on the platform and still finding ways to improve my content along with a lot of other skills.
What's worked for me is learning a lot of really basic skills that make for "quality" when they're put together. I've gotten pretty far on the platform with nothing more than a willingness to give A LOT of things a try.
It almost seems crazy that that has worked for me, but it has and I'm learning to make the process more fun as I go...
Once you find your creative process that's enjoyable and sustainable, you'll be a content creator forever!
