One of my pet peeves in life since joining Web3 is seeing people waste precious data that could have been tokenized on Hive. I've started to follow more personalities on X and I find myself all the time thinking "Man, if this were on Hive I'd upvote that.
If only they knew the power of D.buzz, 3Speak, and the Ecency app...
Some of the comedy videos I see would absolutely go Hive Viral easily and we could use the comedy!
If somebody makes you laugh in a post be sure to upvote them so I can find the content...
But it's not just the comedy a lot of the sports guys, gamers, and even some vloggers make some amazing content without realizing we have a tribe here on hive hungry to support and give them some value back for the videos they create.
Between our awesome apps, communities, and Hive Engine tribes, I really feel like there's really something here for everyone. Lately, I've been posting across a broader range of topics, and even though I previously stuck to a certain topic on Hive, there's been an audience for every other topic I've created content on while posting on Hive.
I've made random posts about knives and football cards that have done just as well as some of the content series I do more often.
Some of that has to do with how my account is set up, but the hive engine and all the support I get from the different tribes play an important role too for sure.
If we could onboard an influencer or 2 and champion them as a tribe to be our person who makes viral content for that tribe's niche, we'd go straight to the moon!
One of the only things I'm worried about is people getting familiar with these fake "WEB3" social media projects before they get introduced to Hive.
I see people making these lists, that they're probably being paid to make a certain way, leave Hive off of a list of Decentralized Social Media Projects.
Hive is easily one of the best projects in all of Web3 and to continually get left off this list while promoting these fakes is crazy to me.
But hopefully, with all the onboarding that's about to take place on the platform, we'll get some stars posting to the platform that will be able to breakout, get a big following, and get a larger audience interested in things we have going on in the Hive Network!
