14 days ago I took a short walk in the woods to try out the new smc PENTAX-D FA Macro 100mm F2.8 WR.

I admit the lens is much better than my art.
Still it is my first contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw

Lycogala epidendrum looks like fungi, but it is not.

Armillaria ostoyae
It is edible after thorough cooking, but in the Czech Republic we usually pickle them in vinegar already cooked. I have never tasted it other than pickled.
