My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2019

Another start of a beautiful day ! I realized that once you get into the consistency of sweating it out everyday things starts to change just within 2 weeks.

Just in two weeks, you start feeling more energetic.. Confidence level starts climbing as you start feeling great in the day knowing that you are starting to take care of your body.

The only challenge is that getting out of bed early morning to go make yourself tired... But that lasts only for 2 mins 😂 then you are all pumped up for a run.

For those of you not on actifit yet... Get on it and start pushing yourself to do something different
