Almost all of that 14,193 of activity came from dancing tonight. @Crypt-skip usually doesn't go with me, it's usually me and mom, but he does know several line dances, and it was nice to have my handsome husband to slow dance with for a change. The band was good and we got in a lot of steps in the 3 hours. We had a great time and that's when actifitting is easy - when you find an activity you really enjoy.
