Je m'appelle Jinny et je suis maman de trois petits granos en devenir, doula, propriétaire d’une entreprise qui confectionne des porte-bébés, instructrice en hypno-vie, marraine d’allaitement, étudiante en hypnothérapie et en herboristerie, bénévole auprès des réfugiés, 24 heures dans une journée n’est définitivement pas suffisant ! Je me passionne principalement pour deux choses qui m’ouvres à des voies d’explorations infinies : le féminin sacré et l’environnement. Soigner ma famille avec les médecines douces autant que possible, prôner la prévention par une alimentation saine et poser de petits gestes quotidiens pour une planète plus en santé sont mes plus grandes priorités.
Maman proximale, végétarienne, adepte du zéro déchet, jardinière à mes heures, féministe non frustrée, saxophoniste depuis plus de 20 ans, autant de sujets qui viennent en plus me définir.
Grâce à tout cela, j’espère vous faire connaître mon univers de grano-chic non hippie comme j’aime l’appeler, de vous faire découvrir une façon de vivre en harmonie avec la nature. Vous influencer à poser un geste quotidien qui en entraînera un autre pour qu’au final, qu’un changement majeur s’en découle. J’ose croire qu’avec mes écrits, mes conseils, mes recettes, mon optimisme légendaire que j’implanterai de petites graines qui feront en sorte que ce monde devienne meilleur.
Je m’adresserai principalement à la communauté francophone, puisque je suis très fière d’être une métisse amérindienne du Québec et que je fais partie de ces 30% de la population canadienne à parler le français, une langue qui m’est si cher !
Dans de prochains articles, je vous ferai une longue diarrhée verbale de ce qu’est une grano, une doula, une instructrice en hypno-vie etc. ! Pour la plupart, un groooos point d’interrogation doive apparaitre dans votre tête ! Dans tous les cas, les sujets ne manqueront pas au cours des prochains mois. My name is Jinny and I'm mom of three small « crunchy » children, doula, owner of a company who makes baby carriers, hypnobirth instructor, breastfeeding godmother, student in hypnotherapy and herbalism, volunteer for refugees, 24 hours in a day is not enough! I’m passionate for two things that open me to paths of infinite exploration: the sacred feminine and the environment.
