Make my votes count! Use Dustsweeper!

If you comment on my articles often, you will notice that I will most of the time upvote your comments. However, with my limited SP, my upvote isn't worth much. If you do not know by now, any upvote that is worth less than $0.02 will be turned to dust. Yes, much like how Thanos dusted half of the world's population in Avengers Infinity War, a good share of your received upvotes are going down the drain all this time!

That is why you should consider using @dustsweeper. The following is an extract from Dustsweeper's FAQ article,

Dustsweeper will vote with an average value of $0.028 on content that have received upvotes that are worth less than $0.02. This effectively turn your dust into rewards. All you need to do is to transfer a small amount of STEEM to @dustsweeper and you are enrolled. The amount you transfer will be multiplied by 2 and added to your balance. If you transfer 0.014 SBD you will get $0.028 in upvote value. $0.028 is the average amount used per vote. Taking the 50/50 reward model, curation rewards, and the current STEEM/SBD prices into account, the return from the vote itself is currently returning nothing (also not costing anything). However, you gain the dust which would otherwise been lost!

That is the whole idea and I think it is brilliant! I have been using @dustsweeper for some time now and I truly applaud their reliability and service. The reason why I am writing this post is because I am seeing many of my votes going to waste. I typically upvote with 20-25% power, which gives an $0.012 upvote value to the comments. All these will be dusted if the eventual upvote value does not go above $0.02.

Hence, I urge all my readers to try out the Dustsweeper service. You do not need to send in much to get enrolled, I think 0.5 STEEM will be enough to keep you going for a while. Witness the results with your own eyes and you will realize how essential it is. Thanks for reading and I hope you consider my advice. If you are already a user of Dustsweeper, do share your thoughts on the service.

Side note, Dustsweeper is an initiative supported by Witness @danielsaori. @danielsaori is also one of the co-founders, together with @davemccoy. Their shared vision is to help newcomers grow and prosper in the STEEM universe.
