Most people think that free time is to do nothing, or as little as possible, but that they seem to be able to get the most out of it and be extremely aware of things to do in their free time we can make this a pleasure maybe moderate but pleasure at last. We must cultivate the ability to enjoy those small and tempting moments, pleasures that we can look for simple but deep for the mind and soul.
I'll give you some ideas
- Stop at the window very early with a glass of water and watch the sunrise feel the fresh air, or in the evening watch the sunset contemplate these colors every day is different, feel the pleasure of taking a few minutes to observe and meditate.
- Appreciate a rainy afternoon and even the dance of lightning and you will see in them the strength of nature.
