Hoy el entrenamiento de #HIVErun fue super completo, comenzamos nuestra rutina a las 7:30 am con algún calentamiento y estiramiento para acondicionar nuestro cuerpo, comence a correr muy suave, para que el cuerpo fuera tomando su calentamiento completo y luego ir de menos a más, un poco más rápido y con más comodidad qué al inicioy con la respiración más acoplada.
Hoy realice un recorrido de 7 km en 46 min y 23 segundos, pero fue en un ritmo muy cómodo, primero terminó @Danielvehe, luego yo y luego
@enmymente qué ya nos está pisando los talones, hoy contamos con una invitación especial de @hivecaracas y de la comunidad @holos-lotus la cual asistimos y complementamos nuestro entrenamiento con una clase de yoga super buena de la mano de @madefrance quien hizo que le regalaramos a nuestro cuerpo respiraciones y movimientos distintas a lo acostumbrado.
Había qué llevar como colaboración un pote de plástico de refresco para un bonito proyecto de @psycho en la universidad, proyecto que apunta al reciclaje y lo ecológico.
Tuve la dicha de seguir conociendo gente de #HIVE como @luvilozada y sol que no recuerdo su USUARIO, gente qué aporta muchas cosas buenas a la blockchain.
El clima soleado nos tenia muy exhaustos y ENMY nos llevó a disfrutar de una rica agua de coco en el propio coco qué después nos abrieron para disfrutar de la pulpa.

Today we had a special invitation from @hivecaracas and the community @holos-lotus which we attended and complemented our training with a super good yoga class by the hand of @madefrance who made us give our body breaths and movements different from what we are used to.
We had to bring as a collaboration a plastic soda can for a beautiful project of @psycho at the university, a project that aims to recycle and ecological.
I had the joy to keep meeting people from #HIVE like @luvilozada and sol who I don't remember his user, people who bring a lot of good things to blockchain.
The sunny weather had us very exhausted and ENMY took us to enjoy a delicious coconut water in the coconut itself which was later opened for us to enjoy the pulp.
