Beef patty, home made of course
Cooked the patty, and a bunch of shaved onions. I love fried onions. During frying the onions I sprinkled them with Worcestershire sauce. Yum.
The bun prep.
Bottom. Old fashioned grainy mustard, Valentina hot sauce and garlic Dills.
The top. Big Mac sauce and tomato.
Behold. This was a very tasty burger, the briny Worcestershire sauce onions were the bees knees. Oh, and I decided to add some long aged hard cheddar.
