Usual hour walk before breakfast failed to shift the feelings of gloom and doom today. Mooched round the market. Then after lunch we had a wood delivery. Of course it fucking rained for the full hour we were throwing the wood into the basement.
Then, when we'd finished, the sun came out.
Had another walk. Still feel gloomy.
Posting early cos yesterday I forgot to post before midnight. Shame it was good activity too.
Hope I'll feel brighter tomorrow...
