I know that life is an adventure, and I believe that life on the farm is doubly so. Today while walking with Stacie D out to feed the calf, I noticed she had a dirty beggar hitching a ride to the barn.
This little guy is Sirius. You have seen his brother Tiger in other pictures. It wasn't that long ago when I gave them a little taste of the milk from the very bottom of the bottle. Now they come running. I may have created a couple of cow milk fiends!
They are both doing really well, and growing big. They are responding to their names, atleast they are looking when we say it. I have no idea if it is even possible to train a cat...more than likely people just create the environment that the cat wants, and when the cat enjoys it they say they trained it!
They have been wandering all over the farm lately. We have found them in the greenhouse, garage, barn, cattle pens, and on the wood pile next to the house trying to jump in the window. I have never owned a cat, let along two. The only thing I can think to do is handle them alot and pet them all over the head. I am hoping this will prevent them from biting us when they are adults. Here's hoping!
This is to the experience!!! #innerblocks
I hope you all are enjoying our adventure as much as we are.
Be well.
