Today is something that I think is absolutely amazing. I am talking about how to magically peel garlic, and giving a soup recipe.
I have just recently learned this trick myself, and it is a game changer. All you need is a good sized jar, garlic, and a will to do somethimg amazing. Haha
I use a large glass peanut butter jar with a lid. I put in however many whole garlic cloves I would like. I shake it like crazy and Boom!! Peeled garlic.
It may take some practice, but it is worth it. I love garlic. I never follow recipes exactly...never enough garlic!
