
Today I want to talk a minute about muscle integration and cold showers.
Over the past few months I have been learning more about how our bodies move. I have had alot of experience with weight training and strength building, but not really movement training.
I have completed two 30 day yoga programs and I am starting to feel the difference. Especially when I am working and moving around the farm. Not everything requires alot of strength, but everything requires movement.
I have also been increasing the number of cold showers I take. I mean, when I shower it starts off warm and then I turn it to as cold as it will go. This gives me a real boost of energy, and I know all of the benefits that come from this.
I encourage everyone to try taking a cold shower and see how you feel. Not a quick cold splash and some squeeling, but really breathing through it and feeling it.
