Balance Anxiety

We can never escape from anxiety and everyone of us experience it in certain point.

Learning to accept it rather than avoiding it would be better.

We cannot pretend we do not have anxiety but we can acknowledge it and deal with the situation accordingly for greater effectiveness in our work.

When we can acknowledge how we feel, we can cope with our own emotions better.

It would be the same for our kids and we must lead them to realise that it is normal to experience anxiety but the need to learn how to cope and deal with it as an important lifeskill.
