Hello friends. How are you?

Sharing again with you another publication, and returning to the theme of the world of work. To refresh your memory, I have been sharing interesting topics, with some very good tips that you can follow. I've talked about how you can feel in your first week of work, adapting to it and organizing yourself in this world of work.

I also expressed two recent experiences that I have had and other things that you will be able to read. If you haven't read about my topics yet, don't worry, I'll leave at the end of the post the link of the topics, so that they go directly.

Now, today I want to touch the topic of: Get to know your classmates and be very careful. Why such a topic? I explain, be comfortable that I will play several points in this post and another.

It is said that in this world it is necessary to know your classmates well, since each one has a different personality and that is true. There are classmates with different personalities and attitudes as well. According to statistics 46% of workers say that to feel happy they have to have a good working relationship with their co-workers and bosses. And this is true, because if you do not have a good relationship, the working environment becomes very tense or is not very friendly for you to feel comfortable and give your greatest productivity to companies.

Otherwise, if you have that communication and you stay well with your co-workers will reign motivation and productivity of your workday. Of course not everything is rosy, within this system you have to learn to deal with those attitudes of other people.

For example: In your area of work there are about 25 people, totally different from you in terms of age, experience, qualities, among others. When I touched on the subject of adaptation at the beginning, it was for this very reason. You will be touched by colleagues who are aggressive or calm, others who speak many things that have no coherence or vice versa that has coherence and does not remain silent because you can know everything. Comrades who criticize the company as much as the bosses, and there are comrades who can read this a little rough, but comrades hypocrites! Where they can say one thing to you and other words to another.

There are people who don't contribute anything to the company and who don't like their work, therefore, they just make it their day and that's it. They don't contribute an idea or anything like that. That's why in this post not to make it so extensive, I'll give you 3 recommendations:

Get to know your colleagues well: It is based on the fact that beyond a simple hello, you study with whom you can meet and with whom you should avoid trusting something of the company with him or her.
It is said that to do this you will be able to share with them to find your interests in common or not.

  • Avoid being part of the gossip: Being part of this, is a negative result for you, since you will have the distrust of everyone, and that is not what we want. We want to gain trust and be part of the company when you need it and have this good reputation.
  • Be grateful and offer your help: This is important, so that those who reach out to you when you need it most. And of course don't forget to offer your help, either for the support of a job of your partner or x circumstance. Of course, quietly and discreetly so as not to expose your partner when you do.

In the next post, I will continue to share other examples and talk more about this topic. Until next time.
