Vegetables Checking

We will really have joy in life or ourselves when we see the good results of our hard work and effort. This morning I visited my little garden near our house again, and I looked one by one at the vegetables I planted. I will also take you to my little garden here in our place so you can also see the good results behind my efforts and hardships. The first picture you see is my cucumber plants. At first it was only an inch long and the leaves were still small, but now they are big and the next day there is a vine that clings to where it can cling and bears fruit. Since I haven't finished transferring my other vegetables from the seedling, it's best to put them in a safe place first so they won't be destroyed or damaged by animals such as cows, chickens and others.

My algubati plants also gradually grew and crawled so I decided to put a frame on it the next day and it really helps to have a dish for everyday. I still have a lot to do in my little garden and a few of my projects are tilling the soil to keep the soil soft for easy growing and growing. The always tilled soil helps the water that is sprinkled on the plant to easily enter and reach the roots of our planted vegetables.

I have already shared here in my last post about us making a frame in the other garden plot and now my alugabati plants have gone beyond the frame. We love to eat this vegetable so mom always buys alugbati and we planted its tubers so that we don't have to buy it at the market anymore and be minus the cost. I am happy because they grew healthy and fat because of the organic fertilizers I put on my crops.

My horseradish plant used to have only visible branches, but now leaves have sprouted from its trunk. Horseradish contains many vitamins and nutrients that can help our body. It can also be used to treat stomach aches and for new mothers, it also provides vitamins to increase breast milk.

I was happy to see this earlier because my horseradish finally grew because after waiting for a few weeks I saw its beautiful leaves.

Since the land where I planted cucumber is a bit dry, I thought of digging it up as well. These cucumbers are the first ones I transplanted to grow it, and the others haven't been transplanted yet because we did something important. Before I plowed, I soaked the soil around it with water to make it easy to plow and soften the soil. I removed the weeds around it to make it look clean. I slowly dig around it without hitting the cucumber roots.

This is what I mixed with water. This is chopped banana seeds and I put water and let the seeds soak for three days and this is called fermentation. It will facilitate the growth of vegetables when it is watered. I learned this in school especially making organic fertilizer for plants.

As my healthy vegetables continue to grow and grow I will be really diligent to maintain the beauty of my little garden.
