Its a tradition for me and my family to visit the zoo every summer at least once. To be more exact this was in May but the weather was hot as hell at the time. This zoo is located in Tallinn, Estonia. I don't know if this zoo is big or small when compared with other nearby country zoos but I can tell you that to me this place is huge. It takes at least about 4 hours to visit every place and see every animal there is. This is the first time when I brought my camera with me to the zoo.
This is the new polar bear yard. It was a huge project which had a purpose of making better living space for them, as close as possible to their natural habitat. Work they did is amazing in my opinion. This yard is so luxurious with a big area, rocks, deep swimming pool and so on. What makes thing even more interesting, they have built an underwater room for people to see polar bears swimming. I was unfortunate and I didn't see any polar bear at that day because weather was very hot and they were probably inside where is cooler.
This is not an animal, that's my girlfriend and she is eating a cotton candy. This is also an old tradition to always buy this when in the zoo.
I'm sure many of you can't stand snakes then this is the time to look away and scroll downwards. Me personally, I don't have anything against them, they are kind of cool animals in my opinion.
Big cats
Shark baby
Is it only me or is this cat is so god damn adorable? I'm not sure what the breed is but I want it.
I think owls are scary ones, especially when they look straight at you. Imagine being at home, opening the curtains at night and this thing stares at you on your window sill. I would probably shit myself. Still, they are very photogenic and I loved taking photos of them.
By the way, I think these owls look a little like my Brittish shorthaired cat, at least the face.
