Instructions:
1.Wash and soak it with salt for about 30 min.
2.Remove it to a large mixing bowl and add in some sugar, put it in freezer for about 12 hour.

5.Add water, sugar and kumquats to a saucepan, heat it and bring it to boil and then cook it over low heat until the soup became thick. turn off heat and cool it.

做法:
1、金桔清洗干净,用淡盐水浸泡1小时。取出,控干水分。
2、在金桔上划几刀,然后加入白糖腌制12小时。
3、取一个小锅,倒入400 ml 水,放入少许冰糖和腌制好的金桔,大火煮开,转小火熬1小时至汤汁粘稠的状态。(自己喜好的程度。)
4、凉凉,即可食用。吃不完,密封保存至冰箱,由于自己做的没有防腐剂,需尽快食用。
糖的用量根据自己喜欢的程度来酌情增减。
煮好的金桔透明富有光泽,可直接食用,也可以泡茶来喝,软糯酸甜,非常开胃。
