Dry Fig Rolls

Ingredient:
Dry figs - 50 gm
Dates - 100 gm
Fine chopped pistachios - 1 tbsp
Fine chopped cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Fine chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
coconut powder - 2 tbsp
condensed milk - 2 tbsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Fine chopped dry figs and dates(removed the core), turn on the flame take an nonstick pan add ghee heat it, now let the flame low add chopped figs and dates keep stirring on low flame for 3 minutes, now add the dry fruits and keep it stirring for 2 minutes, turn off the flame, let it be cool.
Step 2: Now take the prepare portion into lemon size make it rolls and coated all roll into the coconut powder.
Ready to serve.
Peanuts Gajak

Ingredient:
Roasted peanuts(remove upper layer) - 200 gm
Jaggery - 100 gm
oil - 1 tsp
For Garnish (Pistachios)fine chopped - 2 tbsp
Water - half cup
Method:
Step 1: Make a crush of peanuts into grinder keep it side in plate.
Step 2: Turn on the flame put the pan and heat it now add the half cup of water and add grated jaggery into the pan and keep stirring until the syrup become thick, now add the crushed peanuts slowly slowly keep it stirring, turn off the flame.
Step 3: Take an round plate coated with oil and put the mixer, make the place mixer into equal, when its become
little cold, with the help of cuter give any shapes as per like, garnish with pistachios, it's ready to serve.
