When you sign up ,You have to choose 5 tags ( at a minimum)
3 tabs on the main page ( people/ tags/lists)
People will be your usual feed
and tag will be as following:
a) Rising/Hot - based on google like criteria for news search (for example)
factors such as - past post engagement on same tag by author , comments on the post ( relative to the age) , upvotes ( only limited weight) , if upvoted/commented by a friend
b)Hall of fame
all time hits for that tag , maybe shown below the fold
4.Lists
You can choose whose feed you want to follow , for example I usually go to @ned @meno and @whatsup 's feed
5.A snapshot of the page sent to your email , once a day.
