It's nice to be back in town to do acroyoga with @acromott. One of our favorite spots to film flows are at different murals around Sacramento. I particularly love this mural because of the bright colors. The geometric patterns and line work really make this piece interesting.
In today's Acro flow we do the following:
- bird
- ninja star
- pick pocket
- straddle back
- pop to star
- four step
- floating pashi
Part of this video is filmed in first person point of view, so you can get a taste of what it's like to be a base! I hope you enjoy this flow.
