My First 5-Minutes Freewriting

My First 5-Minutes Freewriting
The blank page feels like a void, an expanse waiting to be filled with brilliance. Or with random blabbing. The stuff are THERE, in your mind, playing out like a movie in your head: but you, when you try to put it into words, you suddenly trip and stumble. It's just like if you were playing a game against your own mind, but you're losing by default. Every time.
Maybe that's just how it should go anyway. As people say, "it's part of the creativity process". It's like trying to lasso a rainbow. Making thoughts into words is like trying to stuff a giant marshmallow into a tiny backpack: messy. The lines you erase and the words you scratch out, they're like battle scars from a showdown with a tricky puzzle. It's frustrating, sure, but it's also kinda magical. 'Cause in the midst of all that chaos, you stumble onto something gold.
So yeah, being creative is like trying to teach a cat to do tricks: it's a tricky business. You're up against your own doubts and those sneaky moments of thinking you're not good enough. It's in those struggles that the good stuff sneaks in. So, I'm all in for this tango with the blank page. It's not just about making art; it's about digging up the gems from inside you, even if you have to get your hands a little dirty.
