Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes parte de los ejercicios que estoy realizando para trabajar las lesiones en mis muñecas.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, in this opportunity I share with all of you some of the exercises I am doing to work on my wrist injuries.

Hace unas 4 semanas atrás tuve una aparatosa caída de mi bicicleta y parte del impacto lo recibieron mi rodilla izquierda y ambas muñecas, la muñeca derecha no sufrió mayores daños, sin embargo, la muñeca izquierda sufrió una pequeña fractura por lo cual el movimiento de mi mano izquierda es limitado.
Estoy realizando estos ejercicios para ir adquiriendo un poco de fuerza y resistencia en la muñeca debido a que no tengo mayor fuerza y me cuesta tener soporte con mi mano izquierda, por tal motivo me vi motivado a compartir parte de mi recuperación con todos ustedes.
About 4 weeks ago I had a bad fall from my bicycle and part of the impact was on my left knee and both wrists, the right wrist suffered no major damage, however, the left wrist suffered a small fracture so the movement of my left hand is limited.
I am doing these exercises to gain some strength and resistance in my wrist because I don't have much strength and it is difficult to have support with my left hand, for this reason I was motivated to share part of my recovery with all of you.
