After a few hours of computer work I was too cold to keep sitting still any longer.
The sun was shining and all I wanted to do was work in the garden. But first, Miss BB needed her walk.
She did pretty good today. Still, everything scares her. Some wind blowing a piece of paper and she is freaked out. Poor thing. Must be hard to be her.
There is no way that she wants to go to the dog park. Just too much there to be afraid off. But she happily walked with me on the walking path around the park.
Later, Dude 3 came over. Can you see him?
Yup, he is hiding behind the Tree Collards. They are pretty massive. I have them growing everywhere now - and it all started with one stick. They are perennials and grow and grow. We love to eat them and so do the chickens.
Here you can see him better. he loves to grab things with his grabber - like my wrist and it is one of his favorite tools (toys) when he is here. I have to teach him to pick up trash - but he is too young to be close to the street.
Our mission was to empty this barrel of rainwater.
If water sits open like that for more than 3 days, Mosquitos can start breeding - and that is something we realy don't want. He helped to empty it by asking me many questions. Then, we collected some chicken greens and I had quite a few more containers to empty in the backyard.
He thought that was boring and kept asking when we are done LOL
We made some popcorn as a reward and he ate a big bowl of it. But he was hungry again when his mom came to pick him up and brought some burgers along. He is only 4 but he can eat a lot. It runs in our family. We all like to eat 😄
