Hello guys great day to everyone!
Let me share you first a story why i ended up ordering 1 dozen of Two-toned cup cakes by @rodylina well it all started by visiting her house and i need help to fix my byteball wallet and to cut the long story short @rodylina hand over a free taste of her baked cup cake and the rest is a story, after i tasted her cup cake i decided to order a 1 dozen and this was her first order since until now she is still practicing on her baking.
Let me share you how she did it since she allow me to cover and take photos of her works so without further do let me start it.
Ingridients
- Sugar 1 and 1/4
- Cocoa and milk mixture
- 1 table spoon of coffee for bitter and sweet taste
- Flour with baking soda combine with baking powder
- Butter 125 grams
12pcs cupcake paper molds
Procedure
- Put a 1cup of hot water on the cocoa and coffee mixture
- Mix well
- Add the Half cup milk
- Mix all together
Procedure
- Mix the butter
Procedure
- Add the Sugar
- Add the 2 pcs egg
- Ddd the flour
- Add the cocoa mixture
- Note that add alternate the Flour mixture and Cocoa Mixture
Until all the ingredients combine and mix all together.
Procedure
- This is the Mixture of the combined Ingredients
- Add Vanilla this is optional only
- Mix well!
Procedure
- Steam for about 20 minutes
- In a medium pre-heat
- Optional if you don't have a Oven

- Time to put the mixture on the cupcake paper molds

- Start steaming for about 20 minutes

- Final product for the cup cakes
Let's Proceed for the icing on top
- Salted Butter
- Condense Milk
- Combine all together
- Mix well
Procedure
- Add food color red for the two-toned color
Behind the Scene
I just eaten the leftover mixture of the icing, I really love the taste of it and it makes me feel better. Hahaha!
