LADIES OF HIVE COMMUNITY CONTEST #154
There are a lot of things I want to do if I die tomorrow that I wish I could have done. One of my greatest dreams is to explore the world and see different cultures firsthand while savouring the delicious food they have to offer. I would set out on an exploratory journey, stopping at bustling cities, peaceful towns, and spectacular natural wonders.
My journey would not be restricted to travel; I would make an effort to genuinely comprehend each culture I encountered. I would interact with locals, learn their languages, and listen to their stories, enabling their perspectives to shape my own. By doing so, I hope to raise a deep appreciation for the commonalities as well as the differences that make each of us unique.
I would be grateful for the chance to create lifelong memories. I would cherish every moment, from watching the sunrise over ancient temples in Cambodia to dancing the night away at a local carnival in Brazil. The experiences represented by these memories would be made into a masterpiece to produce a full and vibrant life.
In addition, by engaging oneself in various cultures, I would have the opportunity to make friends from around the world. Genuine bonds, in my opinion, can cut beyond geographical and linguistic boundaries. I would create friendships that crossed continents through exchanged stories, laughter, and sincere chats. These relationships would give me new insights and deepen my understanding and empathy. They would improve my life.
Finally, I would create a vlog journal to record my experiences and thoughts. I would stitch the tapestry of my trips together, capturing the spirit of every place and every person I met. This story would act as a memorial to my journeys and let people share in the things I had seen.
If tomorrow were my last day, I would like to have seen the world, seen other cultures, tasted their foods, gathered priceless memories, made lifelong friends abroad, and written a compelling story that captured the beauty of my experiences. I could have actually lived a life full of adventure, comprehension, and connection if I had chosen those dreams.
Here is my submission for the hive community's contest on #LOH this week. Today's prompt that I chose was the first topic question.
1️⃣ If you were to die tomorrow, what would you wish you would have done while you were still alive?
How do you feel, Hivers? Would you like to experience such journey?
