Exodus 3:2-8
2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire in the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
3 And Moses said, I will go now, and see this great vision, why the bush is not burned.
4 When the LORD saw that he was about to see, God called him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here am I.
5 And he said, Draw not near; take off your shoes from your feet, for the place wherein you stand is holy ground.
6 And he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses covered his face, because he was afraid to look at God.
7 And the LORD said, I have seen well the affliction of my people that are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their exalted ones; for I have known their troubles,
8 And I went down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them out of that land into a good and wide land, into a land flowing with milk and honey, into the places of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

When God calls he does not look at our past nor at our errors, when Moses had his first encounter with God it was with a burning bush but the bush was never consumed. God is amazing calls our attention in amazing ways because that is God for the world you are nobody but for God you are much more important you are His beautiful creation, Moses was called to be used by God and free the people from the chains of Pharaoh God led Moses to negotiate with Pharaoh for the people. but pharaoh never wanted to negotiate. pharaoh sought many ways to go to find the word that God sent to the people but Moses insisted and never surrendered until God's purpose was accomplished.
God when He calls us to use us for His purpose does not look at the sin in which we walk, He was only pleased to use us because He loves us and we are His perfect creation but He never said it was going to be easy that we would only have to accept Him as our Savior and everything would be fine. Not so different things because we will always have a pharaoh in our lives who is going to be trying to kill our dreams and goals. Moses did not immediately remove the people from slavery because God first had to prepare them to guide the people and thus allow them to cross the sea without being wounded.

To cross the sea we have to be prepared and be passed through tests that's why we must first know how to tolerate the tests of the Pharaohs that are presented in our lives we must be firm in the purpose to which God has called us when those tests are no longer obstacles is when God will begin to fulfill His ministry in our lives. God cannot deliver something to us so quickly because we come from a world where sins hurt our thoughts and first God has to prepare us by removing all the things that defile His presence in order to be used by Him.
