Monochromemonday the weirdest wildlife reserve on earth

These Plains Zebra are part of my entry for Monochrome Monday. I photographed them while on a visit to possible the weirdest wildlife reserve I have ever visited. You want to know what is weird about it?

The reserve is part of the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station on the west coast of South Africa just north of Cape town.

We used to pop in for a quick fix of wildlife. They have quite a few animals on a pretty big piece of land that has nature trails that vary in length from 15 minutes to a couple of hours. You can see many types of antelope from Steenbok to Springbok and a lot more in between. You might get lucky and spot a Caracal which is a wild cat. With well over 150 species of birds birdwatchers love it.

Just for fun a very short monochrome movie. It's an homage to one of my favorite directors. Alfred Hitchcock.

Have a great week ahead y'all.
