Yellow Ladybird - Is your phone bugged?

Have you ever wondered who is listening to you? Do you think your phone is bugged? Finally it can be confirmed that we are being bugged. I took a photo of this Yellow Ladybird bug as it sat listening to me in the garden and where was it sitting? Have a guess.

Sitting on my phone listening to the convo was this bug? Who does it work for? Who is it sending the data too? The Yanks? the Ruskies? Google Adsense? Kind of freaky.
