Hardfork 21 - Steem Proposal System (SPS) + Economic Improvement Proposal (EIP)
Is sounds like Hardfork 21 is going to go into effect. I do not know when. I'm guessing it will hurt the bots and increase the automated voting even more. I guess Steem investors will have to mainly focus on using autovoting. I probably would have left things the way they are or maybe boosted curation to 1/3rd.
It doesn't look like anyone even bothered to make an image for Hardfork 21 so I guess I will use this. lol

I'm still bullish longterm on Steem but it seems this could set it back in the short term. Hard to say though.
