The most appropriate way to introduce the cult to Cthulhu in the workplace, has to be through information, elementally.
I will have to explain to the people with whom I work, what it is about:
Who is Cthulhu?, what is its origin? What are you looking for? What is he capable of doing?, etc.
Mainly, telling the truth to everyone, about what is a "Literary Work" of great value inspired by an important writer.
The most powerful tool, suitable for the occasion, will obviously be the INTERNET.
Nowadays if you want to give an exhibition on a global scale of anything, you must resort to the "Network", the most difficult thing, I think it will be to plant the idea and the conviction, that Cthulhu has some power over human, in each of Your co-workers.
It could be that they end up thinking you've lost your mind or that it's a joke in bad taste. Surely everyone will immediately turn to your PC or smart computer and in just a few minutes, you'll be the office Clown.
Notably, Cthulhu is a fictional character, product of the imagination of its creator the renowned American writer "Howard Phillips Lovecraft". Over the years the character "Cthulhu" became transcendent, thus becoming a legend.
"It is the story of a being that existed on our planet, long before humanity was, which remains unemployed (dreaming or asleep), waiting for the best moment, to reappear and impose its law on the face of the earth..."
For this purpose it would be advisable to distribute some kind of educational material, such as: Photographs, flyers, triptychs, book volumes or any type of written material through which people can easily access and know the work.
You can also resort to audiovisual material; through the promotion of films, comics, music, of which they have existed for a long time and contain information on this subject, intended for all types of audiences.
To worship Cthulhu would be to do something of "Popular Culture", since it is part of the tradition and admiration of many people around the world, who really love this literary work.
"There's a song from the famous heavy metal group "METALLICA" which is called 'The Call of Cthulhu', excellent piece!, I recommend it, which I love to play with my guitar and I could surely do it in my office if the authorities allow me"
"I've also seen it myself, with my own eyes, in television cartoons like: The Simpsons, South Park, Billy and Mandy; Je, Je! That was funny, I would gladly dedicate it to my colleagues at work, to see if we pay tribute to the TV screen"
If it's your taste, make the 'Legend' of Cthulhu a ritual, a reason for worship and adoration, I think you'll have to create your own sect and make yourself some followers, or maybe, join those groups that 'adore' anything as long as they have something to occupy their time, in fact, they are almost always suggestive and try to take advantage of the masses by asking them to contribute their own money, or else, the "God"(Cthulhu) himself will punish them, Je, Je! :)
Create a good speech where you extol the name of "Howard Phillips Lovecraft" as a writer and creator of the legend of Cthulhu, as well as the rest of the saga "Cthulhu myths" by the same author and dedicate it to all your co-workers (Including to your own boss), would be the best way to worship Cthulhu, be successful and not die of laughter in the attempt.
