As I prepare for my monthly purchase of steam, I have found myself with a good amount of liquid Steem in my wallet. While I have already some plans with a part of that steam in addition to the steam I will be buying (Steem Monsters Cards), I will still have more than I really need to power up given the price of Steem right now. Therefore, what better way to start the month of friendship with giving something back to the community? I will take a page from @preparedwombat who often uses his liquid Steem to purchase @steembasicincome SBIs for community members!
@steembasicincome has revamped and automated this program for the benefit of all users. With the changes, I have felt that it has given the community more encouragement to not only participate in the program but to also engage more in the echo system. For that reason I will be also sponsoring some SBI for the following accounts:

@gniksivart: another user that has also recently started to actively engage with my content and provides great perspective and insight
@preparedwombat: great example of how great the SBI program truly is
@roleerob: enjoying his retirement adventure every day and am encouraged by the value he will bring to the ecosystem as he starts this new phase in his life
I appreciate the value that these users are providing to not only the community but the echo system at large. We need to continue to motivate the growth in these types of users which all have different approaches but at the end of the day attribute to the value of the block chain.
Now back to getting to my list of things to do before the end of the month. I am still over a day behind on my feed as well as needing to prepare for the end of the latest steam monsters season. I wish everyone a great start to a new month that can encourage us to continue working together as a community and engage to bring value to the echo system we all love. Plenty continues to happen across the platform and it all seems to be headed in the right direction so let’s be ready for more users to engage with!
