Hello my dear friends of the @musiczone community, I hope you are all well and enjoying the music and talent that is in Hive. It usually happens that I get lost eventually, I had a long time without posting any kind of content on the platform and the truth is that I've been busy with work issues. But for a while now I've been looking forward to share some music with you and of course enjoy what the other participants and hivers have to offer. This time I am going to perform a song from the Venezuelan music repertoire called LUISA. This song is a zuliana dance or marabina dance, I had already presented this song on the platform, in another contest of another community, at that time I sang this song with my father @oswaldoevies who accompanied me in the Venezuelan cuatro. However I liked the acoustic version I did and I wanted to show it in this edition of the Hive Music Festival.

A jewel of Venezuelan music

For some time now I have abandoned one of my most intense musical fascinations, and that is Venezuelan music. The Venezuelan repertoire is extensive and very rich in music of all kinds and in different genres. The author of this marabina dance called LUISA, is Alfonso Huerta Bracho and it is a typical song of the state of Zulia that has been interpreted by great musicians such as the cuatrista Jorge Glem and the great singer and composer Ilan Chester.
