Whenever I am out in nature and I by chance see a beautiful flower, I take a photo of it. So, eventually I have a heap of flower photos and come to see if you also like these examples of what I call beautiful flowers.
I loved the glow of the colors at the inner center of this flower.
But not only flowers, as there are also some butterflies and even a carpenter bee in here. Just something to show you the beauty of nature.
The weekend is here and I urge you to get out in nature if you can, as it is waiting to show you its beauty.
Many of us here on Hive are already doing this and they all post lovely stuff in nature on their blogs. Always uplifting to see the beauty. Especially after a hard week.
So come and look at what I have especially for you.
Now, look at the lovely 5 red fingers of this flower below.
No idea what this is, but the dual colored green and white of the leaves grabbed my attention.
A Painted Lady butterfly sat for a drink on the flower.
A young King Protea, surrounded by yellow Pincushion flowers.
A female Carpenter bee was doing her thing on this flower.
Lovely yellow and black and lit up by the sun.
Finally, a Citrus Swallowtail butterfly and I think that it was still in the developing stage, as it is still early summer season here now in South Africa.
I deliberately avoided to mention that there also lovely insects in here, as I wanted to keep it as a surprise. Methinks that it breaks the monotony of only flowers on show, and for me at least, they are all beautiful.
We all have this beauty inside of us and that's why we are drawn to the transfixion of beaty in nature. If only we would learn to expose the beauty within us to all others, like the flowers and the insects do.
Maybe a forlorn hope, but we pray that one day it will happen, as that could certainly make our lives a pleasure.
Just my own thoughts here.
I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures.
