We start the work week today, my day has been calm, as it usually is in my #life. In the afternoon I brought more food home with my brother, apart from that change, nothing very interesting has happened. The weather was sunnier than a few days ago, and it hasn't rained, it's not a hot day, but now that the night is beginning I hear thunder in the clouds approaching with the darkness... I didn't mean that to sound almost poetic, but I like it now that I see it written (personal smile).

Comenzamos hoy la semana laboral, mi día ha sido tranquilo, tal como suele ser en mi #vida. En la tarde traje más comida a casa con mi hermano, fuera de ese cambio, no ha pasado nada muy interesante. El clima estaba más soleado que hace unos días y no ha llovido, no es un día caluroso, pero ahora que está comenzando la noche escucho tronar truenos en las nubes que se aproximan con la oscuridad… no era la intención que eso sonara casi poético, pero me gusta ahora que lo veo escrito (sonrisa personal).

Se trata de una celebración para cierto tipo de #edificio que ha existido desde tiempos muy antiguos, siendo incluso una de las construcciones presentes en la vieja lista famosa de las ‘7 Maravillas’ de a antigüedad. Hoy, 7 de agosto, es el ‘Día Mundial de los Faros’.

En mi vida cotidiana, como no vivo cerca de la costa, no tengo relación personal con un faro, pero sí que tengo montones de recuerdos grabados por viejas películas y narraciones de algunos parientes ya difuntos. El #faro, como edificio, es una instalación que siempre me ha causado la duda si su administración corresponde a la marina o al ejército, en el caso de los faros militares o bajo control gubernamental, pero he leído que eso depende de la legislación de cada país, hay también muchos casos de que los faros son simplemente edificaciones civiles.
Los faros, en cuando a su simbolismo, siempre me han llamado la atención, eran una luz en la oscuridad, para alertar sobre los peligros a los marineros que regresaban en la oscuridad hacia la costa, o una señal de la presencia de un puerto seguro para quienes estaban buscando donde atracar sus naves. Con el avance de la historia, los faros no son solamente para los barcos que surcan el mar, en cierta forma, hay faros para naves que surcan el cielo, pero se trata de otro tipo de instalaciones. Mejor regreso al tema de los viejos faros.
